Technician Mike was on time, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional, I received a call 30 minutes prior to arrival, so I had time to leave work and get home and my dog like him too. He had my system diagnosed and repaired in no time

The technician arrived within the allotted window and successfully completed the required maintenance. He was friendly and polite, explained what needed to be done. I am very satisfied with the service.

I called Monday for a clogged sink, I got an appointment for the next day between 8-12. I received a called 30 minutes before the tech showed. He was here from 8:45-10:15 and was amazing! He answered all of our questions about preventative care and went over memberships without being pushy. Our neighborhood has had several houses on our block flood so we wanted the work done quickly. Our tech went over the cost beforehand, almost $500, and although it was crazy expensive I'm happy to have peace of mind on how to prevent future problems. Would I call again for future issues? Probably not, but only because of how expensive they are. The only reason we are giving 4 stars is for the price, but all customer service was 5 stars. Thank you!

The technicians name was "Chris." He was here on time. He is very professional. He is quite knowledgeable and is very personable. He had been here a year ago for maintenance on the heater and we were equally impressed with his work.

Heat pump air conditioner stopped working during this Canadian forest fire smoke week. Technician, Chris, was able to quickly diagnose the problem and give advice on how to prevent recurrence. I appreciate him coming out on a Saturday since I have asthma and don’t want to have the windows open during the forest fires smoking the East Coast!

Worst customer service people ever! No one knows what they are talking about. The area manager was helpful in getting things straightened out. Thus the 3 stars. Still not sure I will use this company again. They used to be good. Now they need a whole new staff. It would take all day to explain how bad the experience has been.

Haller Installed my Geo Thermal system. Never had vents before. They were efficient, kept me updated, informative, clean, kind and professional. When they came for my cleaning same thing quick, thorough, informative and professional. I highly recommend Haller Enterprises.

My AC malfunctioned early on a Monday. Called office and was given that afternoon that a tech was to come. Mike(?)was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly. He was polite and professional

Tony was courteous and professional. He explained what needed to be done in areas of concern and was responsive to questions raised.

Chris did a great job with his area of expertise! Unfortunately however, he wasn’t able to provide me with a quote for PVCing my house, due to his limited expertise with plumbing.
