We are very disappointed with their service and how they took advantage of us.

First service: "it's a little low on coolant left me charge it." Then "hmm... That didn't fix it. I think it is a valve." Then "It wasn't that either. It must be that it needed a cleaning."

I complained to their boss and asked why wasn't the cleaning done first?

Second service: Then 6 months later the same system is acting up again. We call them to see if they will warranty their work. The new technician says that the refrigerant is very low indicating a massive leak. His recommendation is that the whole unit be replaced. The quote: >$10k for an 1100 square foot town house!!

We ask why did they service it both times if they knew it had major leaks?

They took over $1500 of our hard earned money for the service calls that never should have been done.

We are opening a Better Business Bureau claim.

Trevor was our service technician. He called before the appointment to let us know the approximate arrival time. This was Much appreciated. He was here for about an hour and a half and thoroughly went through our system replacing all filters and verifying that the combustion on the system was set properly. He explained all the procedures that were done. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants a thorough job done.

Responding to fly eagles fly. It was appreciated what you have done, but in hindsight this was a brand new unit that had issues from the beginning, and because of your negligence on the first year complimentary check up this should have been a red flag to you that this was a faulty unit. 4 consecutive years there has been a issue one way or another with this unit that prompted us to go a different route. Therefore that is the reason why you did not get a response from us. We are DONE dealing with Jack lehr and their inadequte service. THANK YOU. VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER 7000 dollars down the drain and also what you wanted to charge us to come out and fix it this year, so glad we didn't have you come back out to fix it cause who knows come next year what problem AGAIN this unit would of had..

The technicians are good but the scheduling and adhering to the scheduled time slot is not. We were scheduled for weeks with numerous reminders (email, text, phone call). On the day of service, about 1/2 hour prior, they called to say the service would be later and by a different technician. The choices were to allow a later time or reschedule for another day…next week.
