Carlos was very professional. He explained what he was doing and took care of all needed service and asked if there was anything else he could take of. Overall an excellent service experience.

I had my routine hvac inspection, heater. My Tech was Gerry. Gerry is amazing and did an excellent job. Gerry arrived right on time within the middle of the expected window. Gerry was wearing the company shirt and showed up in the company vehicle. He put on shoe coverings before entering the house and was very friendly to talk with. Like I said Gerry is the best.

I personally like to learn everything I can about the equipment I own and Gerry answered every question that I threw at him. He tested more things than I knew existed and replaced my air filter. He discovered that the gas pressure was a bit high, other techs from other companies did not catch this. Gerry adjusted the gas pressure and tested the burn and was able to inform me that my unit is running almost like new, even after 10 years of age.

Why 4 stars instead of 5:
I've own my property for a little over a year now. I'm still getting in the swing of things. I signed up for Haller's silver package paid out monthly. It basically gets you your 2 routing checkups, 15% discount on parts, emergency service within 24 hours. About 2 days after having my service done with Haller I received a letter from a competing company that worked on some water lines earlier in the year that basically does the same plan, except I would get a 25% discount on parts / labor and it's total cost is $110 less than Haller enterprises. So I'm locked in for this year already, but it's gonna be hard to renew knowing I could get similar service for $110 less.

Serviced AC system and advised us on condition of unit

My experience with haller enterprises services has been stellar since day one. I reached out to them through online and in day or so we were scheduled for our quote on our system. We did have a second company come out and quote us an install but we did not consider them. We went with haller even tho they were 3k more in prices. Brandon W. Handled our quote and all initial questions he was quick, fair, and considered all our concerns. Fast forward to install. Our install was set up for three days. Christopher and his assistant were able to complete the install in two days. Again this team was quick, fair, and consider our concerns. They were nice interacted with my little guy and significant other as if they were family. Had not been for the light hum of power tools and occasional noise we would never known they were here. They completely explained the system and completely cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't of asked had a better team to install. Brandon W. Is still in contact with us today ensuring that things are going as expected even tho system has been installed for three plus months now. I would trust and truly recommend this team and company for my family HVAC needs. Thanks for the great experience.

We also recently had Haller come out for boiler maintenance. OCT 2018

The tech Jacob was great. The heads up on his arrival from office was a nice touch. Jacob arrived within the time frame given. Introduced him self and asked if had any questions or concerns before he began his work. We left him do his job, and he was done well with in the time I expected him to be. He informed us that our system is working well and that he doesn't notice any problems but would advise us to get replaced since it is a older system. He answered all our questions and cleaned up and left our home as he found it. We would like to have Jacob out again next year he was great.

Jacob was very polite and professional. He explained clearly what he was doing and how long it should take. He was friendly, we had a nice chat at the end and I'll say he's a very good representative for your company.

Gerry is very efficient and he looks for any possible problem and checks it out. he was at the house a lot longer than I expected because he found a couple things that he didn't like. He made adjustments and left everything working well. He's very pleasant and very friendly.

First time using Haller and was impressed by the prompt and courteous service. Plumber was very thorough and explained all options before performing any work. Also saved us from doing some unnecessary work. Will definitely use Haller in the future!

One of the circuit breakers on my panel failed. Darrel, the electrician, was able to quickly figure out the problem, and located a nearby part sold in the area. Within an hour of first arriving at my house, he was able to find a new circuit breaker to replace the old no longer made breaker, install a new replacement, and have everything up and running. All COVID procedures where taken, and he even wore covers on his shoes while in the house.
This is my second time using Haller. Previously, an accident caused my A/C to fail. So far, Haller has been consistent in professionalism, and getting the job done right. I definitely recommend using Haller, and will use again.
