We have been members of Haller's Preferred Customer program since they acquired Quality Air (2015?). This includes twice per year system checks and preventative service. I am always very pleased with their service. Their technicians are highly professional and courteous, always take the time to explain their findings and recommendations without trying to upsell work that is not required. I also used them to install a new gas hot water heater several years ago. Very pleased with this also.
Mike from Haller HVAC came to service my tenants HVAC unit which had a blown capacitor. He was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. He helped me through the entire process over the phone as I could not make it out there to meet him. Great service and great help from Mike, I will always use Haller for my HVAC needs.
Installation of my new heating system and new thermostat was very well done, I am very satisfied with my new furnace. The technicians explained to me how to operate the new thermostat, they cleaned everything up real nice..it's all good. Ready for the winter now...

Daryl was a phenomenal electrician. Very friendly and professional. He was an active listener to what we had to say, and did a fantastic job. When he was finished he cleaned everything up. We are extremely pleased with the service he provided us today!
Darrel Miller, of Haller Enterprises, was at my home earlier today - to investigate an electrical matter (same breaker tripping repeatedly). He quickly analyzed the problem, and suggested several possible paths to a solution.
Darrel explained the options to me clearly and in simple terms ... which was good for me, as I have no real electrical knowledge. He did not suggest an overly expensive idea as option #1 - which I appreciated very much. Instead, he made some logical upgrades/fixes today (at a minimal cost), and then gave me quotes for potential follow-on work in future.
Darrel's work was excellent, and done in a professional manner.
