Their Service guy Tony did a excellent job. He was very thorough and knowledgeable on the maintenance services he performed on our air conditioning and heating unit. He was very friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Chris was wonderful. He was on time, very polite, engaging, and helpful. I would be glad to have him back to service my units any time!

Today, Jonathan was the Haller Technician who did the annual maintenance on my a/c, steam humidifier, and dehumidifier. I am very satisfied with his work. He answered my questions about how the equipment works and pointed out various things to be aware of which greatly increased my knowledge as the homeowner. He is a good representative for Haller Enterprises and finds satisfaction in doing a thorough job. Thank you Jonathan!

Ryan came out and found the problem. Gave us a quote. He was able to get us on the schedule for the next day first appointment.
Ben came on time. He got the old water heater out and by that time Dale showed up with the new one and they had that in place fairly quick. Ben stayed and got everything hooked up and running.
Ben stayed long enough to answer all my questions. He is very knowledgeable in plumbing.
All 3 guys very nice.
I plan on using Haller again in the future.

Tony and Austin did an excellent job checking and cleaning my mini split system today. They were very professional and complete with service provided. Would highly recommend them and will ask for them on return visits.

My technician, Guy was the best I ever had. He was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. This was an excellent experience, and I will request him for my next service!

Both technicians that came to my house were respectful, polite, knowledgeable, and spoke to me so that I completely understood them and what needed to be done to fix the issues that I was having with both plumbing and A/C systems in my house. They gave me various options, and gave suggestions for future maintenance, etc.

Keith McDevit is the best. When visiting our home he made sure we understood how the HVAC system works. He took his time to explain to us how it runs and why parts may or may not have been needed. He gave us plenty to asks questions to check for our understanding.
