They came out quick but stayed at my place all day. Charged at least 5 hours to replace a thermostat and a breaker. Charged a large dispatch fee. Not using them again. The price was double what other places charge.

I have been a Haller customer since my house was built (2011). I have never been disappointed. They remind me routinely about preventative maintenance and carry out their tasks very well. Pleasant and respectful service technicians. Explain what they find or recommend and reason for it. Never pushed into anything. Very pleased.

He walked me through the process and instructed what to look out for in the future to prevent high cost repairs by scheduling required maintenance. Please use caution when using Haller Enterprises. They came out very quick and quoted me for a repair. Estimate pricing was 500% more than what another local company charged to fix my unit. Mentioned a monthly service agreement would provide discounted pricing, unfortunately that pricing was not that much better. Called to inform them of my experience but conversation did not lead to much. 1 star is very generous.

Made appointment online several days in advance. Very easy and quick to do. Was called in advance when rep would arrive. Dan diagnosed the problem quickly and we had a new water heater installed within several hours! Amazing, friendly and professional service! Highly recommend!
