Curtis Total Service

This is the second 'big' fix we had Curtis do and I can't say anything but amazing things. They were on time, worked quickly, were polite and informative, and overall just do a great job. Highly recommend them for any of you needs. Jacob did such a great job on our water heater.

They came out to do a yearly check and found nothing needed replaced.the service person was Jake and very professional and polite.he introduced himself upon arrival and said what he was here for. Checked all faucets and drains. He checked the hardness of the water and the pressure coming in the house. This company is very professional and has been at my house in the past. Would recommend them to anyone needing work done at their house. They do everything from plumbing, heating, electrical and air conditioning.

Jake delivered our softener pellets. He also filled up the water softener. He was so polite and professional. He is very knowledgeable. We are grateful to have such a pleasant person.

We called for a water outage in the morning and they were there within a couple of hours. Our technicians were courteous, prompt and knowledgeable. Jacob and Jacob who came to replace our pump were specially courteous.

While doing a routine maintenance, Curtis techs pointed out a number of problems with the heating and air conditioning units. The previous owners had not maintained the units properly. They gave me options and recommendations. We ended up replacing the whole system. Everyone involved with the process were great to work with. They were on time. They answered every question I had. We know they will back up their work. Our service contract with them leaves us confident that they have our backs.

I recently found myself without heat on a very chilly January day. One quick phone call to Curtis and Charles sent a team to my home that same day. Matt and Nick were quick but thorough and walked me through all of my options and I decided it was in my best interest to replace two furnaces and one AC in my home. The installation team, led by Will McNally, arrived promptly the next morning and completed their work efficiently without any disturbance to my day to day routine. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and I felt comfortable working with them and trusted that I was in good hands. Highly recommend this company.

Jacob O. did an outstanding job today. He thoroughly checked all of the plumbing lines in an effort to find a small leak. He ended up repairing a small leak in a line leading off of the hot water heater. Thank you.
