Curtis Total Service

The team at CTS all around is great to work with. Our boiler went out in June (lucky timing) and we had a new one installed within a few weeks. The financing option at the time was great and it came with their gold service package for a year which was great as well. I just had the new boiler serviced and will have the air-conditioning done as well in the spring. Overall very happy with the service from this team.

Little Jake swooped in an immediately assessed our sump pump situation. He explained the issue clearly and promptly applied the best remedy for the problem.

Our HVAC system scheduled preventative maintenance technician Alex was prompt and knowledgeable. Alex inspected the system and replaced the HVAC filter. He explained how the system was functioning and recommended what we could do to have it continue to function without unwanted repairs. He was very professional and his work performance and the cleanup was as if he wasn't there. I will definitely be requesting Alex for any future HVAC services. Little Jake came out for what started as a minor service call and walked me through all of the technical info and location of my system components…then addressed an even bigger underlying issue with my plumbing system on the spot. He was beyond polite, professional, and courteous and I sincerely appreciate all he did!
