They got the job done under really bad circumstances.

Alex - did a full in depth inspection on our HVAC system, he was right on time and very professional in his service. He offered some options for system upgrades for future planning and concisely reviewed the pros and cons with me. He made it very easy to understand. He also replaced a UV scrubber bulb that had burned out - he had the parts ready to go and quickly made the switch.

Jacob O. contacted us quickly when our pipes froze this winter. He offered practical suggestions to work on thawing the pipes until he arrived.He replaced the Heat Tape and insulation. I checked his work and he did a professional job. He went the extra mile and gave me advice on maintaining the product better and how to check it in the Fall. He explained his repairs to us and answered questions graciously.

Work was done well on the day of my request. Jake E and Jake were friendly and professional. Work site was left neat and clean when job was completed.

Both Jake and Jacob did a great job fixing my mother's toilet that had a major issue with the flange being below the floor surface. They explained the best way to fix the issue and were quick to make the fix.

Don't fall for their special cleaning price.. they'll come out and red tag your unit if it's old but still functional and make you buy a new one of theirs, worth five figures. I had another company follow up after my heat was turned off and his reply was "your unit is old, but it could have easily lasted more years. I wouldn't have red tagged it. Unfortunately, once it's red tagged, it's red-tagged" 👎🏻 thanks, Curtis "total" service.

My old boiler, for hot water baseboard heating, died. Given its age, I opted for replacement. They arrived on time, kept a clean work area, behaved and spoke professionally, answered my questions without condescension, were done a little before they’d said they’d be, and more than cleaned up after themselves. I’m most happy with their work, and once I’m ready to replace my failed central air, they will be the first I’ll call.
