Michael F. was the on call technician and he was very knowledgeable and pleasant. He also was very receptive to answering all of my questions and arrived at my house 30 minutes after the call. Pricing was very straightforward and resolution of my plumbing issue remained within the scope of his initial assessment and was efficiently completed. I am now a loyal Curtis Total Service customer for my plumbing needs and have signed up for their 12 month plumbing plan, the cost of which I found very reasonable. I have had a service contract with Curtis Total Service for several years now and they have been nothing short of amazing during every service and maintenance visit. Over the past 2 months, I have had Erik come for a furnace service and then more recently for furnace maintenance. He arrived in a timely manner, and was courteous and professional during each visit.
