Excellent service and very knowledgeable. Jacob and Jake were my service technicians. Both of these gentlemen were prompt, knowledgeable and quick. They took care 4 problems i needed help with and as a bonus took care of a 5th potential problem. They both gave great recommendations that would be beneficial to save me from headaches in the long run. I highly recommend Curtis Total Service. This is my second time utilizing this company. Today we first had our furnace inspected by Anthony. Very polite and gave us instruction what we can do to keep the system clean. As he was leaving, Jake and Jacob came to inspect our plumbing. They found a couple things to keep us in good repair. New heat tape on under trailer water pipe and toilet repairs to fix small leaks before they became big leaks. We are so glad to have found Curtis Total Service earlier this year. Many service providers refuse to work on mobile homes. Curtis isn't afraid of the challenge and are prompt and curtious. There is no hard sell. They gave us their recommendations and respected our choices. Thank you.

Jacob Ostrander replaced pipes and valves under the kitchen sink in the home of my 84 year old mother. He clearly explained the necessary repairs and suggested improvements with costs, but without any pressure to purchase. He was very kind and polite and my mom was very happy. Lost water pressure Labor Day weekend. Holiday weekend without water, HELP! After calling several businesses and getting automated response I called Curtis and I got a HUMAN voice. She was very knowledgeable about my problem and said let her contact a technician. She got back on the line and said he would be at my location 45 minutes to an hour. Showed up on time diagnosed my dead water pump, went and got a replacement and was done early afternoon. These guys were courteous people oriented and knew their job inside out. Needless to say Curtis Total Service is on my contacts list. I would not hesitate to recommend to a friend, in fact I already have. Thanks again Curtis Total Service you saved the weekend.
