Little Jake was great! He came out to our company and fixed our issue in a short time. Would definitely recommend this company to friends! It was a last minute call on a Friday and after his job he came right over to help us out. Thank you (little) Jake, you saved the day!

I highly recommend Curtis Total Service! I've worked with them at least 4 times now and I've been consistently happy with their work. I most recently had the pleasure of working with Jason and Little John on a toilet repair and bathroom exhaust fan repair. They were friendly, knowledgeable, thorough, quick and professional. Five star service in my book!

We had a sewer issue and we were able to have Little Jake come out to our house the same day we called. It was a challenging issue due to the location of our trap in relation to our boiler, but Jake didn't give up. His hard work paid off and I am so grateful he was able to overcome the adversity our house "blessed" him with. Curtis Total Service as a rule is responsive, timely, transparent with their costs, and knowledgeable, and this visit was no exception. We were able to get a suggestion for future service that may make our overall sewer situation tolerable for longer, a recommendation on who to call for clean-up, and answers to our questions. 12/10, would recommend.

Curtis installed a new heating and air conditioning system for me a little over a year ago. Had a few issues with him in the beginning. Thankfully they have a wonderful new tech Harley. A true asset to that company! Harley took care of my air conditioning unit and some other minor issues, professionally and promptly. Thank you Harley for a job well done!

We needed to replace our boiler and called a few different companies before choosing Curtis. We had a great experience from start to finish. Their tech Anthony arrived on time and went over all of the details with us. He was very knowledgeable. He and Jacob went over the options and were able to come out the next day to do the replacement. They were very easy going guys, no hard sell which I appreciate. The crew Jacob, Jake and Miguel arrived on time. They did excellent work and were very courteous. They were able to answer all of the questions I had. I am very satisfied with the work they did and their professionalism. Will be using this company for future projects.

Jake & Jacob came to service our home and fix and replace our fridge water line They both were extremely respectful and polite. Jake & Jacob came out today to troubleshoot an issue and assess several repairs. They were EARLY arriving to the appointment and were quick and thorough in determining what needs to be done. They are very knowledgeable about the issues and repairs necessary, even explaining more in-depth questions I had in layman's terms. Jake has done some work here before and I was very satisfied with it. I have every confidence that when they return next week, all my plumbing problems will be resolved!
