Curtis Total Service

So very pleased with the entire experience. Our hot water heater was slowly leaking for weeks, ruining the floor below. I finally decided to call in, and Jason came out right away. He took his time making sure the leak was coming from the hot water heater and not an outside source. He showed us exactly where it was leaking from. The thing was older than I am, so it was time to replace it. Jason was able to replace it in a matter of minutes. He did a great job, cleaned up after himself, and even explained the hot water heater to us. He let me watch him do the fittings and pex, so in the future, I could probably replace it. Great guy!!

Very proffesional and efficient, would highly recommend using this company and having little Jake work on your plumbing.

The guys at Curtis are awesome! From Charles who scheduled my service calls to Jacob and Jacob who came out to do the work, I was impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and skill. They were able to come out the same day, explained everything to me, gave me advice for the future, and got it all done quickly! I will definitely be using Curtis for all of our home needs in the future!

This is the second service we had performed by Curtis this week and we continue to be a very satisfied customer! This time we had them out for AC maintenance. Our unit is in a very small crawl space. The first tech who came out, Matt, was very professional and friendly and when he determined he would not be able to perform the job because of the space restriction, he helped find another tech to come out and get the job done. Nick arrived within the half hour and was able to complete the service. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. When he discovered that we need additional work, he took the time to explain to me what the issue was and the solution he recommended. No high pressure sales job, just genuine concern for his customers well being. He was able to complete the additional work during the same call. I cannot say enough good things about the techs at Curtis. This is the only number anyone who owns a home will ever need. Just for reference, earlier in the week we had a plumbing issue and Jason was our tech for that call. He was everything we have come to expect of the techs at Curtis; knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Great job Nick, Jason and Matt!

I have been using Curtis for about 6 years. They have fixed an old water heater for me, installed a new one, installed a water softener, replaced a toilet, fixed sinks, and given me recommendations for my garbage disposal. They are always kind, helpful, and professional. I recommend them everytime.

I had an emergency with my hot water heater on a Sunday. I called Curtis Total Service for advice and guidance. I spoke with Michael F (on call plumber) and he was the most helpful, professional, knowledgeable and reliable person. He arrived at my home within 1 hour of the call that was placed. He had all the supplies that were needed to remove and install a new hot water heater. He explained everything he did and the reason it was being done. He covered the floors to protect them from getting dirty and he cleaned the areas where he did work. There was a minor problem with the new hot water. I contacted Curtis Total Service main office and Michael F once again responded within minutes and provided me the information I needed to resolve the problem with the hot water heater. He contacted the people that needed to contact me to set up an appointment for a repair. I definitely recommend Curtis Total Service and Michael F for a plumber. Jacob Ostrander was receptive of our concerns and had great suggestions.

We have a service contract for heating and air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing. We have them for over 27 years. They were the only company that would maintenance our mobile home. Jake was exceptionally knowledgeable and courteous.

Had an unexpected issue with our kitchen sink the other day. Jake O came out to resolve our problem right away. Extremely courteous and efficient, he solved our problem and was wonderful to talk with the whole way through. No sales pressure, simply fixed the issue and discussed possible preventive for the future. We were so worried that we would have to wait days for a plumber to come out to us, but Curtis Total Service exceeded our expectations, as did Jake. Will definitely be working with this company more in the future

I had a very positive experience with Curtis Total Service. As the hot summer drug on, unfortunately my current AC unit failed. I called Curtis and they were quick to send out a technician to help. The issue was a blown coil and they gave me an option to replace the coil and at my request an option to replace the whole AC system with a heat pump in an effort to save money.

I went with the heat pump and within a week, the installation took place. 1 day of work to completely replace my old system with an new up to date efficient system. And it works great. They also helped me to complete the rebate information for PP&L to get more money back. Nothing but positives with my experience. Thanks to Matt, Charles, Stephen, Morgan and the whole team at Curtis.
