Excellent work by Jake O and Jacob ! Kept us informed and suggested a few other services for later on.

We had a bathroom sink issue with the hot water not turning off at the faucet or the shut off valve (on a Sunday, of course). In about an hour and a half Jacob was here and solving the problem. Very happy with the solution and the service. Thank you Jacob and Curtis!

Paid emergency fee - that I totally was prepared for and agreed to. I usually use another HVAC business but they were closed for the holiday and I was in a pinch.

I was quoted $600 for a pressure switch and install. A 5 minute job and a cheap part. I understand paying a premium when in a pinch but I believe this was out of control.

I YouTubed a video for the issue, fixed it myself in less than 10 minutes. Lesson learned… visit you tube first and wait for my trusted guy to come back from being off / closed.

When our Heating System went out in below freezing weather, Curtis came out the next day to repair. Our previous HVAC contractor from Emmaus said it would take 2 weeks to come out.

I recently had to have my hot water heater replaced.
Jacob Ostrander was my service technician. He was very polite and professional. Explain everything about what he was going to do. Very pleasant experience. I will be needing some other work done soon and I explained to Jacob what will need to be done and explained what would be involved. Definitely will request Jacob again!

Extremely courteous, knowledgeable, clean, respectful! Walked me through step by step gave me plenty of options choices made me feel like I had to say and I was just as important in the decision-making that I was not just helpless. If there were 10 Stars they would get the 10 Stars they are one hundred percent trustworthy, honest and truly care about their customers you cannot ask for any more than that from a company. If you want to company that does not take advantage of you this is the one. Had a leak in the kitchen apparently bad valve. I called for an emergency plumber and your name popped up. Lucky for me I got you. Also you sent me your best service rep Jake O. Wow what a hustler ,he went right to work diagnosed the problem ,and fixed it in no time flat .He was very cordial ,and a fine representative of your company. I was very happy with his work ,and now I finally found a plumber for future problems. Jake was great.

Jacob and Jake arrived promptly and completed the job in the estimated time. They were informative, courteous, and professional.

I had a hot water heater issue in the morning the day of a wedding, talk about unfortunate timing. I called up Curtis and they sent a tech named Jason out right away. Jason was kind and professional, and told me exactly what went wrong and how were going to fix it. He gave me options and I went with what worked for me. Quick, efficient and the clean up was amazing. It was like he never even came. Awesome job, would highly recommend!
