Wolfer’s Heating went above and beyond during my furnace and thermostat installation. The two technicians that came to my house were professional, efficient, and happily answered all of my questions. At each stage of the install, I was curious about their progress and what they had to do and they kept me informed and walked me through each step. The technicians did a great job going thru our 4 year old system and found some pvc shavings in a few areas and cleaned them out. When they arrived without the requested filter (the reason I wanted the service to begin with), they departed and returned shortly after with the new and better filter. Overall, I was pleased with the service call.

Tyler was amazing and went above and beyond. He was very knowledgeable, no hard sell and informative. He is a keeper. Once again Wolfer’s is exceptional!

Ken the salesman is very knowledgeable he gave us a few options and explained each one in detail so we could make an informed choice to suit our needs. The installers Erick, Beto, Nick and Steve are very professional, were on time and finished ahead of time. They left no mess like other contractors have done, in fact the area was cleaner then when they came. We highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

The installers were professional with the best customer service. Took off their shoes when entering the house. Explained the process and went to work.

I’ve enjoyed Wolfer’s and their WVP program. I’m not knowledgeable about HVAC systems and the staff at Wolfer’s has been very helpful every time they’ve come to my house to service my equipment. Vlad was my most recent technician and was as courteous and professional as I’ve come to expect from Wolfer’s.
