Mr. Castellano was professional and courteous and was able to diagnose some problem areas I did not know were developing with my furnace so I can get it repaired before they result in a system failure. Wolfer’s provides excellent service b/c of excellent employees!!!

Emphasized I had to leave for work at noon when the appointment was scheduled. I was assured I would be the first appointment of the day. Day of, I called at 9:35 a.m. and a technician hadn't even been assigned! Was told to call back for an ETA. I did, but got the overflow operator who could only take a message. Finally got a call at about 11:40 saying they'd be at my house in an hour to hour and a half, when I would be at work!

First off I will start with I haven’t hired them yet. I didn’t have time today. I will be scheduling.
Eddie and Gabe arrived on time. They went right to work inspecting my water heater. They where both very informative and told me about the options that I have. They gave me the pros and cons of tankless or tank. I thank them for the knowledge and conversation. I would totally recommend them both.

It was a one day install for both the furnace and AC. It couldn’t have gone smoother and I was impressed with how hard they worked and how polite and friendly the guys were. I am not new to the world of construction, I was a licensed contractor for 20 yrs. While I couldn’t install a furnace, I can certainly tell if someone else can. I had 100% confidence in the guys. Jen performed our annual a/c system maintenance. She was timely, courteous and knowledgeable. She kept us informed of her progress and updated us on the performance of our system.

We called for an estimate and got a next day appointment with Will he was on time and gave me time to explain what we wanted. We had a gas wall furnace from back in the 70's we wanted to replace it with an updated wall furnace. We had talked about split mini. But honestly I really didn't want to spend the money. So Will made some calls found me a new wall furnace. I asked if we could have it installed the next day. He said he would see. Got me an appointment the next day. The install guys went above and beyond they inspected everything and fixed what was wrong. I'm so happy with the outcome of my new furnace. My family will be warm this winter. I will definitely be referring Wolfers to my friends and family.
