There is none better than Wolfer's in Wilsonville !!
When my wife and I found out we needed to replace our 26 year old HVAC system, we like many others had numerous questions.
What manufactures are reliable, safety situations, warranty, price,
local companies who are experts at installing HVAC systems?
I decided I would line up a few local companies and get a free estimate.
After two very disappointing estimates from other companies, Wolfer's came to my rescue.
Jason came out to our home, listened to our concerns took inventory of our old system, took measurements of our window area in house along with other data concerning our home.
Wolfer's estimate was a few hundred dollars more than the other two companies BUT, the manufactures they used I had never heard of except in camping gear. I knew the name Lennox and their products in the HVAC community. My wife and I felt good about our decision to go with Wolfer's and Lennox.
We felt even better about our decision when the Wolfer's Wilsonville install team showed up.
Ciro, JR, Raul, & Ryan are some of the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people we have dealt with. My wife and I would like to thank again these four men who made our working with Wolfer's a very positive experience. "You Guys Are The Best".
I would recommend Wolfer's Wilsonville to anyone looking for HVAC needs.

Their technician came out to do a $99 diagnostics to fix something in my heat pump causing a 24V fuse to blow. He told me my compressor was bad, quoting $9K to replace it. During diagnostics, he forced me to buy a capacitor for $330, non-refundable, to "enable" troubleshooting it incorrectly, a capacitor that should've only been in the $50 range. They also quoted a new heat pump for close to $20K. I ended up replacing a 24V module in the heat pump myself, purchased online for $40, which fixed it. Very shady, greedy business practices with incompetent technicians. Do not trust Wolfer's!!!

They came out and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained what they were doing every step of the way. Provided answers to my questions and did NOT talk at me, making me feel stupid....but instead, they talked to me. Very much appreciated. They are very thorough and true at that they will do an amazing job. Signed up for their maintenance plan as much cheaper than the one I was using from the company that originally installed. They are also more thorough. I can't say enough good things, they are truly amazing!

Overall, pricing was competitive and they stood behind their original estimate after an issue with the power was discovered. They were able to respond quickly and got it installed within a very short time frame. The actual installation looks good. It looks like they stacked a 24.75" evaporator coil over a 17" furnace. They have assured me that is standard, but I am concerned that this is really a standard practice as I do not see how the airflow will work as a good portion of the coil will be out of the airflow.

On the downside, the finishing and clean up work left much to be desired. The technician attempted to close the hole in the ceiling drywall with foam. I was able to stop him in time but that is how they wanted to close the hole pictured below. Unfortunately, they used caulk to close the hole in the wall before I could stop them so I will have to go back and repair that as well. The work area was not clean up - there were at least a half dozen sheet metal screws on the ground, dried foam, and miscellaneous debris left under the work area as noted in the pictures below. The driveway also had another half dozen sheet metal screws and other sharp objects and trash. This would have only taken them another 5-10 minutes of effort to clean up and would have left a much more professional impression.

This team of two + some electricians throughout the day worked so hard to install AC in ONE DAY! They were so respectful about dirt, were polite when my poorly behaved dogs barked at them and gave a quick tutorial on how to configure and use everything. Would highly recommend this team. Thank you

I had made an appointment with this company. On the day of the onsite consultation for quote, no one showed up. I called 30 after my appointment with them. They had told me they will get back to me. 45 minutes later, I had called again and was speaking with Ms. Ester. She immediately had an argumentative tone and had told me that they had contacted a number that was not mine. She then added that per policy, the homeowner must confirm the appointment. I had told her it was confirmed but I did not receive a call. I had also told her that the number she called was not mine. She reiterated her policy without any solution or an apology. I asked if she can provide me with a time that the call was made to my number. She stated she could not provide that . Not only that, no email or text to inform me of a cancellation was made. All in all, Ms. Ester continued to reiterate her policy and had an argumentative tone without any proof or verification that what they did on their end was appropriate. Her word against mine. Definitely, will not pursuing any business with this company and I have many properties and I will not recommend this company to my friends or family.

In summation:
-Argumentative tone
-Continued reiteration of policy without even confirming their actions and allegations were correct
-No cancellation communication which would have helped

This speaks to what happens when a company has a lot of demand and leverage.

DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Our house was in dire need of a new heating/cooling system. We had been putting this off since last year, but this year we decided to go for it. Unfortunately our home was not designed with vents, so we chose to get a mini-split system from Wolfer's Home Services.

The initial consultation was painless and the team at Wolfer's came up with a design and system to best suit our needs and budget. Financing was a breeze and the overall experience was beyond my expectations. The crew was professional, took good care of my home as they installed 4-head units. I love how they went above and beyond by keeping the home clean as they worked, specially when they painted the drain system to match the exterior of the home. It blends in so well, you don't really see it.

I really want to thank Teo, Doug, Robert, Junior, Diego and Jessie for all their hard work, professionalism and high-skill in this trade. My family and I will enjoy comfortable heating in the cold months and staying nice and cool during the hot summer months.

If you are looking for a new system or maintaining your current system, I highly recommend the team at Wolfer's Home Services. Their service is top notch and I promise you won't be disappointed. I will definitely be referring them to my family and friends.
