AC broke at start of summer and needed replaced. Went through Costco and got consultation within a week. Replaced next day. Fast, easy, and everyone was nice (Ric for consult, Juan & Nick for installation). Will definitely use again.

We recently reached out to Wolfer's for an issue with our HVAC and found that they do electrical and plumbing work too so we've had them provide us some quotes for the work. We're now drawing up our priority list and will be calling back to get all the work scheduled in. The different teams have been to the house and walked us through all the issues and what will need to be done to fix it, walked through the options and honestly Wolfer's is an open, honest and reliable company. Absolutely loved my experience with Wolfer’s technician Saia! He was very knowledgeable and helped to get our AC system back up and running quickly. I appreciate the time he took to explain what was going on and answer any questions we had. Will definitely be choosing Wolfer’s for all future maintenance and repairs!

Based on many reviews, we hired Wolfer’s to come service our gas furnace in the attic. The technician came
on time, everything seemed to go great, and we signed up for the service plan.

That night, the thermostat said heating was on, but the unit wasn’t turning on. We had 2 infants in the house and it dropped to 60 degrees. We got a hold
of them early the next day, and they sent out Dominique by 8:30AM. She was great and the reason we are even giving 2 stars. She confirmed that the technician left the furnace gas off, and it was unplugged in the back (despite his notes saying he confirmed the system ran before leaving).

We decided to give them another chance. Our water heater broke and we requested an appointment- and never heard back. Then, our furnace wasn’t blowing air downstairs, so we chatted, an employee took down my info and said we’d get a call with an appointment time the next day- and never heard back.

We ended up canceling the plan and unfortunately paid for 3 months for nothing. We tried to be understanding, but 3 strikes and you’re out.

Technician looks at job, quoted $250.00.
THEN reviews his job price guide.
Tells me 375.00
I say no, still tries for 99 dollar service charge.
Dont come in my house, quote one price then a higher price.
Look up the guide FIRST then quote me a price!
(Edit): Fast forward to the following Monday I get a friendly email with a quote $375 then an option to accept.
Ugh, so many good reviews, I'm so disappointed.

We subscribe to Wolfer’s HVAC maintenance services. The Technician called early and arrived on time for AC maintenance today. He was excellent, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He provided appropriate information that was helpful for use of the system. I would recommend the service without reservation.

Andy was our Technician. He called me letting me know he was on his way. I really appreciated the call. He diagnosed the problem and replaced the part. Very professional and a good sense of humor.

A technician came to our house because our furnace stopped working. The technician said the
replacement parts were really expensive or likely not available. A fast-talking Wolfer salesman was then dispatched to our home and he quoted us a $12,000 furnace. We called Sunset Heating, and the technician came out the next day.
He replaced a blown fuse for less than $200. The furnace has worked beautifully ever since.

Excellent communication and knowledgeable. AC has only been used one season so reviewed optimal thermostat settings and ventilation. Discovered the breaker to AC unit was in off position which explained insufficient cooling in past few days.

Eddie and Abe are the dream team! They installed a tankless water heater for us, and removed the ancient 80 gallon tank that the builders had literally built the house around. They had to slice it up in order to get it out of the mechanical room. In order to get it out they had to then bring it in pieces up a crazy staircase They kept me informed of each step along the way and were really fun to have around! Eddie even helped me with a random toilet overflow that happened while he was here. Thanks guys!!
