Recent AC Maintenance was great. 5 stars. The technician was efficient, thorough, and polite. The initial bid was very thorough, and detailed. Also 5 stars. The reason for the 3 star rating, is that the communication at the time of installation was poor. We met with the installers when they arrived, showed them where we wanted the AC unit outside, and our preference for routing the condenser lines under the house. The installer chose a different route for the condenser lines, and never even talked to us about it. We would have liked to been informed of the routing change, and reason, before the change was made.

Vladimir came to my house and checked our vents, furnace and the A/C unit outside. He let me know what he found and what would need to be done moving forward. He also gave us some instruction on how to do the small things on our part to make our unit run more efficiently. Being a woman at home with her child Vladimir never once made me feel uncomfortable or unsafe. He was thoughtful of my house and my animals making sure they wouldn’t get out while he was coming in and out. He did his job thoroughly and complete with professionalism. We will be using this services and letting people know what a wonderful experience we had with the company and employee Vladimir. Thank you!

I was alerted by my water company that there was an extraordinary amount of water usage (over 6000 cubic meters) in a 30 day billing cycle. There were no indications within the home of any leaking faucets or running toilets. So I wasn’t sure what was going on. I needed an expert Plumber to help identify the issue and time was of the essence! We chose to go with Wolfers Home Services.
Wolfers Home Services sent Brandon R. out the very next morning.
Brandon and his teammates were able to identify the issue quickly and efficiently.
Brandon explained what he had found to be the cause of the high volume of water usage, which was an underground broken pipe. Brandon took the time to explain in detail the process and steps that were required to remediate the situation quickly!
Brandon was professional and courteous and very knowledgeable. Brandon went above and beyond the call of duty! Wolfers Home Services should be very proud to have Brandon R. representing their company! Brandon not only coordinated with the city, the Electric company, and the Gas company to ensure that the safety protocols were all in place prior to digging up the pipe/pipes, he also worked on Saturday (which was his day off) and one of the hottest days this year, yet Brandon kept things cool, and running smoothly. He was focused, he was on time, he was pleasant and professional throughout.
If anyone is in need of any plumbing services, I highly recommend Wolfers Home Services, and if you are lucky enough to get Brandon, then you are definitely in good hands.

I had an installation done 8/20, it went great, the crew was amazing. I was told I would be contacted by the city to do a final Inspection. Due to the Pandemic it wasn't done. About a year after install I was called to by Wolfers to schedule an appt for the final inspection. We made an appointment, the city inspector was a no show, I called Wolfers and was told they closed the permit and it was all done. I advised that no one came inside, but since it was over a year since the work was performed I thought they just closed it. The next year , the exact thing happened. Wolfers called and said I needed a final inspection, I told them what happened the year before. Schedule appt, no Inspector. I called Wolfers and again that the permit was closed. Then in Aug 2022 I got another call about a final inspection. I go over what's happened in the last 2 years. This time the Inspector does come out but we are missing a test before the permit can be closed. The City gives 10 days to complete. I took a lot of calling on my end to Wolfers to get a tech out in the time frame to finish the job. The tech comes and does the test. I'm assured that was the last thing that needed to be done. Once they send test results the permit will be filed.
Then out of nowhere 4/10 I received a certified letter about a final inspection. The letter states they have been trying to reach me when there had been absolutely no attempts. I called the day I got the letter. I was told I'd get a call back that Wed because she (Whitney) had that Tuesday off. No call Wed, I called WhitneyThursday and told she is just finishing up something and will call me back. She doesn't call me back. I called Friday, I'm told she stepped away from her desk but they will call me back to schedule appt .It's now been two weeks and I still haven't heard back from anyone. Since I was told back in August 2022 this was completed, I'd like to know why it's not been taken care of. I've paid you in full for the installation and each year after to come out and inspect my furnace that still doesn't have a permit. I'm obviously not your top priority since you've already taken my money but I'd want this completed . To send a certified letter and act like I'm the flake not answering your calls is ridiculous.

I had a technician come out to check my system to see if it was working properly. I had noticed that the cooling had not been working as in the past. The technician was very thorough and took his time reviewing the entire system . I was very pleased with his performance and he took his time to explain everything he was doing and what he found. Very professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had Valimir as the technician. He did a thorough inspection of our air conditioning system. He was so professional and competent. He was an excellent communicator and had a pleasant demeanor. He went above and beyond to test the a/c and cleaned our outside unit. He was someone who made us feel confident in his expertise. I hope he is our technician next time!
