What they didn’t know they consulted with a more seasoned Technician, and gave us great data on our systems’ efficiency. Highly recommend Wolfer’s! Do NOT recommend buying a Lenox.

We had a new heating system installed today (air handler, heat pump and filter) up in Kelso Washington. The crew of guys were a well oiled machine today !! I'm in construction and I was impressed with Manual, Nick and Carlos and 2 electricians I apologize for not remembering there names they too were very good. The workmanship was very good ! They worked hard all day, very professional and cleaned up well after wards and explained everything very well. Good bunch of guys ! And good company to hire for the job ! Thanks a bunch !

Nate and Francisco Jr. were the most thorough employees of Wolfer’s I have had. They were so courteous and kind and took their time making sure everything was done carefully. I would gladly have them back for any further services for my heater or AC.

Our furnace went out and we called them in the morning to make an appointment they were at our home by 10am and diagnosed the issue quickly and thoroughly. The tech did not have the part in his truck so went to get what was needed and made the repairs. The whole experience was great. I can’t thank Michael enough for his help warming out home back up.

In 2022, after checking out the Costco Promotion, I scheduled them for an a/c quote. However, twice they never showed . I decided to wait to install a new a/c unit. I tried this year 2023 to have a/c and furnace cleaned, because of the promotion I saw on TV. Made an appointment and guess what? Yep, they didn't show. Will not do this again. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'm really questioning Costco's vetting of vendors. Quality control seems to have gone downhill with Costco. Wolfer's fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! I'm going back to Western Heating and Cooling. They're awesome!. I only tried Wolfers because of the promotions, smh.
