In the end, we were able to get our A/C repaired by Sunset but had to deal with a tech that delayed the process and nearly drove us to another company. One of the techs (Matt) was great, but the other one who did the actal part replacement didn't install it correctly and blamed the rest of our system and a lack of troubleshooting by Matt for the repair not fixing the issue. We called and request that Matt come back and he was quickly able to identify the error and correct the improper install. If Matt had done the install himself, I would have given Sunset 5 stars.

Don’t waste your time they will give you an appointment time and will not keep to it, we had an emergency repair booked for the next day. They didn’t show up and then sent a text simply saying the appointment had been pushed back two days as they were busy. If you try and speak to them they will say they’ll call back and no one does. Extremely disappointing.

Matt was able to get to my house earlier than I anticipated. He gave me a walkthrough on how the entire system operates, was able to quickly diagnose the issue and also warned me which parts could possibly come up next in need of repairs for my older system. Overall just a very professional service. Thank you

We had a new AC installed to replace our existing one that was 25+ year old. As it is still April, we have not had the opportunity to really test the unit, but look forward to some hot weather to try it out. Mike Opperman came out to finish our job off, and he was professional, polite, and did a fantastic job. He took the time to route all the cables and pipes so they are totally out of view and in a very organized and clean way - he was awesome! I would ask for Mike again - he was great! Thanks!

Sunset Heating & Cooling are the best. They are personable, dependable, trustworthy, provide clear estimates, and are great at answering questions. They installed my new central AC and I am very happy with their work. I will definitely use them again for any future needs.

We had to reschedule the appointment a few times, but once Taylor arrived we had a great experience! He was professional, prompt, and did a great job.

The technician Justin was extremely courteous and efficient.

However, it took multiple times of being rescheduled over a month's period for Sunset to actually have a technician show up. Prior to Justin's visit I was scheduled for maintenance service more than once and experienced a "no show" with no notice. I had signed a maintenance contract in October and was told that would make me a priority customer. I sure didn't feel like a priority. I doubt that I will renew the contract.

Shavon was great to work with. She was clear, took time to make sure I understood the issues my system was having, answered all my questions and was respectful of my home when she needed access. I really appreciated her professionalism and sense of humor, too.

Sunset Heating has been around a long time, you don't have to worry about shoddy or fly by night workmanship or service! Eduardo has done all my repairs on my heat pump and I love him! He's found the problem that other people have been unable to solve, and he works on it until it is solved. He has the experience i respect and the courtesy to go the distance and solve a challenge, which is necessary when dealing with older systems. And my dogs love him! I will never have anyone else work on my system.
