The technician helped me understand how to install filters which was complicated to access but simple once I understood it. He was very nice, explained things to me and ended up checking my A/C unit for a very good price. I will definitely consider purchasing their maintenance plan. The person I spoke to on the phone to arrange the visit was also very nice and helpful. I recommend them highly!
