Ty was great. Explained everything and answered all my questions. Will have them back for routine maintenance and other services needed. I recommend them highly.

When my 32 year old heater was condemned a few months ago I took my time having different companies come out to give me an estimate on a new one. My neighbor sung the praises of Oregon Heating & Air Conditioning so I gave them a call. Justin came out and was very thorough in accessing the needs of our home. Out of all the companies Justin was the only one who followed up with me and he did so regularly, answering any new questions. I appreciated his patience, professionalism, and kindness. Ultimately that is why I went with OH&C. Well, that and the fact that their warranty and service duration was longer than the other guys. It was not the least expensive quote but I believe you get what you pay for and gave Justin the job.
Installation went smoothly and the techs left the place cleaner than they found it. Justin followed up with me after the install as well. I had one concern and they were able to get a tech out within a few days to check on it for me.
A+ experience from the beginning and ongoing. I highly recommend Oregon Heating & Air Conditioning - ask for Justin!

Came out to replace the igniter in our furnace within 3 days of calling. Had an issue with it and had to call them back but they came out and fixed it within an hour of me calling them the next day. Great techs and customer service.

Our compressor went out during a major heatwave. They didn't have any appointments available for almost a week, but they were able to squeeze us in the same afternoon. Another HVAC contractor had tried to convince me that the unit needed to be replaced ($6,600). Oregon Heating & Air Conditioning assessed the problem, replaced the capacitor and within an hour we had the AC working in our home($280). Steve was excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I had suspicions my HVAC heat pump system was not working properly, in our 2 year old home. Furnace ran constantly and Heat pump condenser never ran, plus house would never reach desired temp, and electric bill was way high. OH&C came out same day. Stanley was super professional and fixed problem that had been neglected or missed by previous tech's, plus he was very helpful and informative. They were by far the most responsive and affordable company I have dealt with. They will be my first call in the future.

We had Oregon Heating & Air Conditioning install our furnace system for commercial new construction. The work they did initially was satisfactory. Although, a year later when we were having major issues with our (only one year old) furnace they told us we were too far away to get to anytime soon and recommended we take our business else where. When we called another company to come out and fix the problem it turns out that Oregon Heating & Air Conditioning didn't install the filters per the manufacturers specs which created a issue with air flow and tripped the breakers due to over heating. Poor customer service and lack of dedication to their craft has shown this customer that my business is better off somewhere else.

I needed my old air conditioner replaced so I proceeded to get four separate companies to bid on the job. Oregon Heating & Air was the last one. All of the bids were within $300.00 of each other ... Chris from Oregon was not the highest or lowest But , he Didn't try to upsell me to things that I didn't need or want. He gave me great value on everything that was to be installed.
The installation went great ... even the extra vent upstairs in the master bedroom..... Miguel was very professional, an "Old School" Craftsman when putting in that vent. He and his helper Mac did a great job on the install. The cooling tower and compressor unit were replaced onto a new pad outside while, all the lines running beneath the house were taken out and new ones with much better insulation were installed.
Inside the cooling coils and lines were installed cleanly , every thing was nice and straight and double insulated. Being a retired mechanical engineer and fabricator myself... I was Impressed with the job they did ... and I am not that easily impressed ... They cleaned up the mess completely, so that you couldn't even tell they had been there. They did it right the first time. I give Oregon Heating and Air my highest recommendation ... Five Stars from Start to Finish.

I had a problem with my 18 year old furnace not working intermittently, had another company come out that recommended a furnace replace. Called Oregon heating to review the estimate for a new Trane system. During the call Justin asked what was wrong with the current furnace and when I told him he said that doesn’t sound right. Justin sent a technician out the next day at 8am who looked at my furnace for 10 minutes and found a cap had fallen off the pressurized line. After putting it back on the furnace works perfectly fine. They charged me nothing for the call only asked that I think of them when the time comes to replace the now working furnace.

They were able to fit us in and repair our AC unit in less than 24 hours of our call. We may have gotten call lucky but I am very impressed with them! So impressed we signed up for a regular maintenance and cleaning service, which we should have been doing all along.

I contracted Oregon Heating to replace my current failed air conditioner with a new modern working version. Craig visited to see the application and in the process did a whole house HVAC study. I found the study to be very thorough and backed with logic and numbers. Once digging into our study we agreed that our home HVAC was very unbalanced. We had an electric heater in one room and an air conditioner in the window in another. I guess we just got use to it. His recommendation was as follows:

New AC, New Furnace and run all new supply ducts to the upstairs with a 16" line and two headers. The current system had all the ducting in the floor in the second floor and there was no way to adjust the current flow. He added a duct in the master closet and one in the kitchen where they were absent. Each new line had a damper so I can tune the flow to each room. He also installed a main damper in the supply to the upstairs so in the winter I can cut back the heat going upstairs for a more balanced heated home.

The price seemed high so I got a second opinion which was very similar. The second opinion was by another reputable company however their approach was much less scientific and more from experience of past homes. I prefer science. We chose Oregon Heating.

The install was suppose to take two days with possibly a third. They had to chip concrete in the garage for the bigger supply which added a few hours, but they had 3 people for two strait days and got the system installed. They had to come back for half day with one person to put in the toe kick in the kitchen and finish insulating and wrap up the whole job.

One thing that I was not expecting was the quality of work. To be honest I was blown away with the precision and quality of the installers. Josh, James and the guys spread tarps so they didn't mess up our carpet and although three guys cutting holes and running ducting through the whole up stairs, as well as the 16" pipe up the chase they made very little mess. When mounting the ducts in the ceiling they mounted solidly to the joist and had retainer clips and screws to make sure it was very tight. Many of those types i've seen the sheetrock holding the whole thing together. All the fabricated duct work was put in with precision and wrapped with fairly attractive white vinyl insulation.

Finally, I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. The system feels balanced and I have finite control to balance in the future.
