Matt was terrific. Very personable and Sunset is fortunate to have him.

Even though it was a repair call, this 70+ year old furnace didn't really end up warranting the potential cost that may or may not have yielded results. Matt went over the options of a new furnace very thoroughly and got the installation crew out the same day.

So refreshing to know people like him are around and he seems to really enjoy what he does.

Sunset sent eduardo out to repair/ diagnose are very old heat pump. Even though the diagnosis wasn't what I wanted it to be, he took the time to show me everything that was causing our issues. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer all my questions.

The whole team really impressed us with their expertise and performed there work with the highest quality. They also cleaned up the work areas after they were done. Felipe took the time to show us how the system worked as well as showed us how to use the thermostat and its app.
We could not be happier with the team and sunset.

I also want to thank Vantee and Ethan for the duct cleaning job. They did a great job.

It's never fun when heating and cooling isn't working but sunset made the whole process smooth and easy to manage.

Samuel was very friendly, timely and communicative. I would definitely desire to have him work on my system again. My experience with sunset as a company was unfortunately a struggle, perhaps their systems could be improved. I wasn’t given a time for arrival Friday and then no one came. no one was available Saturday, they forgot to actually assign someone to come Sunday after confirming 8am.
