Diego came to do basic fireplace maintenance, and then recommended replacing 20-yeat-old parts. He explained everything and was very conscientious and professional. He met and exceeded expectations. And now we basically have a new fireplace! Everyone was great. Highly recommend!

From start to finish I received the customer service I would expect from a customer focused business. Their service representatives were thorough and shared exactly what was wrong with my old system.

They them gave me several options that would work. The decision was up to me on how to resolve the problems with the old system.

There representative was patient and took time to explain all possible options and costs. Even made money saving recommendations and did not try to up sell a system I did not need.

The team that did the installation was very courteous and took time to answer questions I had and to show me various things they were doing.

Everyone was on time when they said they would be there!!!!!!!

I would recommend Jacobs Heating to anyone who needs a furnace, air conditioner, and anything else they handle.

We have used Jacobs for at least the last 15 years. Jeff visited us today as part of our annual maintenance contract (highly recommend it). Jeff was professional and friendly (and thankfully comfortable with our dogs). We've had repairs in previous years, and Jacobs has always been fair and responsive.

Called to schedule routine maintenance on my AC unit, was given a vague time on a specific date. Didn’t receive a call the day before or any information with a more specific window. Day-of I apparently missed the appointment while walking the dog. Had the tech given me a call I would have been home in just a minute. What a waste of my time playing phone tag to schedule service only to have them neglect to show any care for the customer. Would not recommend.

This is the first time I got an inspection from Jacobs and it was an amazing first impression. I will be contracting their services in the future for sure! Brian C is the technician that visited and he is a complete expert, diagnosed the problem in minutes, fixed quickly and verified the furnace was working for a while before leaving. He was super nice and provided detailed responses to our many many many questions. He is a great employee and that is what makes an excellent company. Thanks from a happy customer!

Our furnace went out on a Saturday; they couldn't get a tech to us until Monday, which is fair. The tech, Rodney Dillard, called a half-hour out and he was right on time. He was super nice, funny, helpful, and only teased me a little for not having our furnace serviced for seven years (oops). He fixed the problem in under an hour and also set us up with a maintenance plan that will save us money when we need the furnace serviced again (or the AC!).

We've used Jacobs for years now and every interaction has been great. Highly recommended.

Jacob’s installed a new ac, heater, and dual zoning for upstairs and downstairs. Moses did an awesome job and did it in about 3.5 days! I especially appreciate how he went over every detail of the install and ran any unforeseen issues by me first. The price was competitive too!

Felt compelled to provide feedback on the great service I received with my equipment servicing by Rodney Dillard. Jacobs Heating & AC has been great to work with since they installed my HVAC units a couple years ago and the servicing they and Rodney have provided each time they come out for yearly check up. They are professional, friendly, and clearly answer any questions. Just a great company to work with.

I started working here maybe 3 weeks ago, let me tell you, this is the best company/family ive ever worked for. they are extremely accepting. and susan k my boss helped me within 2 weeks with some issues i had to resolve with the company i worked for previously that didn’t want to pay me for about 5-6 weeks. amazing. absolutely recommend jacobs hvac. they are a place id never forget.

I had an excellent experience with Jacobs and Robert. I received a call the night before letting me know when Robert would arrive. Robert arrived on time as expected. He was super friendly, fixed my issue, cleaned up my fireplace so it looked better and taught me some things about my fireplace (I had no idea I had battery back-up!). Based on this experience, I will definitely be using Jacobs again and recommending them.
