Jacob's H&C were wonderful to work with, would 100% recommend them to anyone needing any heating, cooling, or HVAC work. Everyone was professional, timely and courteous. Joe gave me a thorough bid with explanation for my new furnace and AC. I felt respected as a homeowner, especially as a female not familiar with HVAC systems. Install crew was professional and flexible with the other contractors that were at the house. They kept the area clean and were happy to explain what they were doing throughout the day. Would be happy work with them again and refer them to anyone!

Jacobs was thoroughly professional in working with us for our new heater and heat pump. They worked with us to explain the various options of interest to us. They completed the install in one day and everything has worked as expected.

We selected jacobs to add AC to our home because they did the original furnace installation for the pervious owner and have done all installs and maintenance for our family members with a positive experience. Our experience was sub par.

Project management/general administration needs some help, and their electrical partner - Badger - isn't awesome. We waited 8 weeks for our install date. On the install date, we were called and told we would be rescheduled because they scheduled electrical on the same day and couldn't install in parallel. "Later" was 4 days later, not the next morning.

The installation job was botched (gallons of water leaked through the ceiling of the closet below where the A/C was connected to our furnace). It took many calls and emails to get a team in to dry out and repair the water damage. Roughly 6 weeks in total to fix everything.

On the plus side -the actual install of the AC unit was great (outside of the water leak). We have a uniquely-designed home and I appreciated our engineer's ability to be creative with how to install the unit. He ended up going through our stairwell wall and installing a nice covering for the hole. It looks nice in the end and the unit functions well.

It has been a while since I dealt with a group of people so dedicated to customer service. The installation of an A/C unit went smoothly and professionally. But what impressed me the most was how they handled a post installation issue. I contacted the sales representative who sold me the job at about 10:30 p.m. to ask him if he could send someone to verify that that job done in the crawl space was done satisfactorily (there was a water leak in the bathroom that I thought might be related to the installation). I got a response within minutes and the next day one of the supervisors came to the house and did a thorough inspection. Wow that is taking your job seriously. Thank you!

I have been dealing with Jacobs for many years. They installed a new furnace and central a/c 17 years ago. They have maintained it and did the repairs as the systems were growing old. They have recently replaced both the old furnace and a/c. They were excellent to work with. Came when they said they would, were friendly, answered all my questions and finished the job in even less time than they said it would take.

Bryan D did a thorough inspection of the different components on my HVAC system and confirmed they are working properly. Found a run capacitor going out of spec so that was an easy yes to replace it. Better now than in the heat of summer! I'm pleased with the service and I recommend them.

This was our third experience with Jacobs. We had 2 different plumbing problems which were quickly resolved.This last time we had an air conditioner installed by Antonio and Victor. They were very polite. Answered all of our questions and did a super job. Left everything clean and picked up. They went above and beyond satisfying us. We would highly recommend Jacobs for any heating, cooling or plumbing job you need. Out of 10, we'd give eleven!

Over the years this business has declined drastically. They went from greet mom and pop like service and quality to random charges, expensive and wasteful service calls, not returning calls, ordering costly parts without customer consent and even two very rude staff who talked over me, one called me and yelled at me, and one hung up on me. Appalling behavior. Taking my business elsewhere for good!

My family has been using this business for years. They have always been the best! I have reviews for two of their employees: Daryl in the Service department has been the one to keep our Air Conditioning/Heating in top condition for years. Professional, knowledgeable, personable, we always ask for Daryl because we know him well, and he knows our system thoroughly. He always answers our questions knowledgeably and thoroughly. He goes above and beyond!
This year, we asked for a gas line inspection. Brandon was the technician who came. He went above and beyond in the service he provided. He did a very thorough inspection under the house, included the gas water heater, inspection of the gas meter, and recommended the best earthquake shut-off valve, and left our family feeling our house gas lines were secure and we were protected.
