Spencer's work exceeded my expectations. I worked from home the two days Spencer completed our installation. When I would ask how he was doing he always replied courteously. All of the units Spencer worked on were installed professionally. The units work great and the installation looks great too. Thank you Spencer.

Bought a $5k AC unit from them in 2019. Called them today to get some spec info on our unit re: start-up wattage & running wattage so I could match an appropriate portable gas generator to it in case of power outages. Service guy I talked to said they didn't have the ability to get to the unit's spec sheet (!?). It would require going deep into their system (What? Is a hard hat & protective eyeware required?). He suggested I use Google. I told him I had, with no luck. So he Googles while we're talking. Finds nothing. Then says "I'm being told to get off the phone cuz we can't help you." Scuze me? "Yeah, I'm being told it would be a lot of work and trouble to get that info for you, we'd have to do lots of math. so I need to hang up. Hangs up. Granted, they might of been in the middle of being robbed, and the bad guys said "Hang up!", but I doubt it. Our Motto: "Were glad to help as long as it doesn't require lotsa work & math". Had our year-old heater serviced by Bryan D. of Jacobs Heating and Air Conditioning. He did a great job and was very helpful, answering all my questions and making great suggestions.

We had Jacobs do a HVAC installation. The installer (Moses) provided the highest quality service we have ever experienced. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He made the entire experience a pleasure. He did the work of a team, on his own, and completed our project on time (within three days). Thank you, Moses, for the excellent job!

Jacob the service technician came out and did a yearly checkup serviced on our 10 year old gas furnace. Very professional from beginning to end. It was also quite easy to schedule . We will definitely use them again!

We called Jacobs heating and cooling to take a look at our furnace for some maintenance. Daryl, the service technician was very professional and was a wonderful resource for all of the questions that my spouse and I asked him. He was very knowledgeable and was able to clearly explain to us about the ways in which our furnace operates. He was very helpful in making decisions on our next steps and developing strategies that considered the longevity of our system and not just the quick fix. I will definitely use their services in the future and encourage you to try them also.

We have been using Jacob's for years to service our old furnace and air conditioner. That went so well that we decided to use them to replace our old unit which was approaching 30 years old. It was hard to replace something that was working perfectly but knew at 30 years that we were pushing our luck.
A salesman by the name of Joe came out to give me a bid. He was very professional and listened to my requests and didn't try to upsell me.

We decided to use them to replace our furnace and air conditioner.
Everything went really well. Brian and Ryan showed up to do the install. First day was furnace second day was air conditioner. Job was done perfectly.. They left the work area clean when they were done.

I had a small issue with the furnace and called on Sunday to ask about it and they sent Brian out to take a look at it. He showed up less than an hour after my call and fixed the issue on the spot.
The office crew was professional and polite. They were very patient with all my questions and responded immediately to my calls. They went above and beyond to make the whole process easy for me.

I called Jacobs on a Wednesday morning during a cold snap. I figured that I wouldn't hear back for a few days, which was fine as our situation wasn't urgent. They called me back that afternoon to schedule maintenance for Friday! I was so impressed. My service window was between 12-5 pm. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from Jake (the service tech) at 11:30 letting me know that he'd be to our house in 30 minutes. When he arrived, he was professional and very nice. He let me know exactly what he was doing and asked questions about our system to make sure everything was running well. He was so polite and even took a minute to pet my sweet 15 year old dog. I am so happy with the service I received that I am scheduling an appointment to add UV lights to our AC to kill bacteria and improve our air quality. Thank you Jacobs and thank you Jake!

A shout out to the team at Jacobs! Our furnace went out and they were able to expedite an appointment for a bid, they had the unit in stock and were able to install all in short order. We're very grateful! The entire team was professional, friendly, efficient and they outperformed all timelines they gave us.
