I called this company for a Web price of 79USD diagnostics, the guy came out of the truck and said the price tag is actually 185USD for "maintenance and tuning", which turned out to be a cleaning of the unit.
He recommended me to replace the capacitor 100USD + 90USD. Since he did not have the capacitor in his truck, he offered a trip to his shop to get one, under my agreement that I'll be charged a second visit (+185 again).
Finally he said the coolant needs to be refilled, 60USD / pound and 200USD.
So, ~900USD to serve a working unit. I asked him to leave. Now, I have $185 gone and a clean unit.

Dmitry was very professional and polite. He listened to my issue and immediately began diagnosing my gas fireplace. The issue has been identified and a repair appointment will be set when the replacement part arrives.

Our service repair guy DMitry was early, professional and diagnosed the problem right away, and explained all of the options we had. He advised us of things we could do to save $$ as well as services he could provide for additional fees. This was a nice surprise as he was considerate to our financial situation, and wasn’t out just to make a buck😊.

Had Dmitry repair my washer and gas furnace.

My GE heat pump water heater evaporator coil leaked and failed. After calling numerous repair houses who could not/would not come do the work (not plumber work, not a heat pump problem, we only do refrigerators…) Fuse answered the call. Dmitry was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. My water heater is back on heat pump mode and working as it should. Dmitry was super professional. He got our AC fixed within 15 minutes and came to our home same day. Definitely recommend.

TL;DR - A professional, who stands by their work, and will give honest recommendations.

I originally requested for FUSE to come and diagnose an issue with my refrigerator in August which wasn't freezing properly. Dmitry came to site, was clean, professional, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately he wasn't able to find the suspected leak, but did recharge the system and added a sealant to help find/fix the problem temporarily. This helped for a couple of months, however the problem resurfaced last week, so I called them and scheduled a return visit.

Dmitry was again the one to come, he spent a little over an hour trying diagnose the issue; and unfortunately it looks like we'll need to replace the fridge as repair costs are likely to run close to the cost of a new one. Dmitry refused any payment for his time today, and said it was covered by the previous call out charges. And gave an honest opinion that repair simply wasn't worth the cost.

Fuse was able to get a technician over right after the heat wave and fix the capacitor on our AC. Other places were booked for 2 weeks, and Fuse put me on their schedule after a cancellation. I've scheduled another appointment to have the coils cleaned. I feel much better prepared for the next heat wave. Thank you Dmitry!
