Conrad Heating and Cooling

This is my second time using Dmitry from Conrad HVAC. They were prompt to schedule and fit me in way before any of their competitors -- in the middle of a heat wave. Dmitry is friendly, informative, and no-nonsense. He gave me three fix scenarios for my AC (which had stopped blowing cold air) and set realistic expectations. As promised, he had everything fixed and running normally in about 15 minutes (because I selected the cheaper, short-term fix). I will gladly call him again for subsequent HVAC and appliance needs.

Fast and good service by Dmitry. Another vendor (Pro Heating) quoted me $900+ for a HVAC repair. Conrad air was able to come out the next day and fix it for $225.

Dmitry was very professional and thorough. Showed up early and cleaned out our lint filter in addition to fixing the loose screws in our dryer. I would absolutely hire this company again to fix broken appliances in my home. They put us on the schedule right away and were great to work with.

Eugene provided superior service. He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He came to our home quickly to look at our stove and immediately ordered the part and fixed the stove as soon as the part came in. He saved us a lot of money, from having to buy a new stove. Fuse was more responsive then another local repair company, called PULS. I highly recommend Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair and plan to use them again, if I have any issues.

Our A/C went out so we were in the market looking for a company to help is out. We sent out a request and Conrad HVAC and appliance were the first ones to accept. Dmitry arrived on time, and found the problem immediately! What I thought was the A/C unit being down. It was actually our HVAC system that went down. We now have cool air for my family! Thank you!

Dmitry was punctual, responsive, and fast to fixing the problem. The company was very communicative and speedy to book an appointment with me. Pricing was fair in comparison to neighboring companies. Would recommend.

Conrad HVAC was able to pull in our service 1 week early during a heatwave. Service was completed promptly. We were given 4 options to resolve issue with no sales pressure.

Called a dozen other “same day emergency service” companies, nobody could come out on a holiday weekend. Finally found Fuse through Thumbtack, they were able to come out 2 hours later.

Dmitri was quick and super helpful! A lose wire in our AC shorted the board in the furnace, Dmitri was able to fix it in the same session. Will definitely be using them again!

Also can’t complain about the great price too. The same service, repair and labor cost for Fuse equaled what would have been just the diagnostic cost for our old furnace company. Glad we found Fuse!

Eugene was polite and professional. I was also able to get an appointment relatively quickly. He ran a diagnostic and basically reset the control board, so hoping that did the trick or else we will need to call back for service.

My AC stopped working right in the middle of a heatwave and I called fuse to schedule an appointment for the next day. They called me back and said that there was a cancellation and they could come the same day which was awesome. They diagnose the problem and fixed it for a reasonable price and also make sure all the wires and other capacitors were up to snuff as well as the Freon in the air conditioning system. It is so great to have air-conditioning back again and Dmitry was a great person to work with. Would use them again very professional company.
