Can’t recommend them enough! Our furnace stopped working last week and I called quite a few companies but Conrad HVAC and Appliances Repair service was the only one that was able to come out right away. And I’m glad they did. They were able to diagnose the issue right away and suggested a repair instead of the whole system replace. They had to order a part so I had to wait a few days for them to come back and finish the repair. Once they had the part, it was quick and the furnace works great now! Dmitry, the repair guy, was great to work with. Seems very knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will use them again if anything else needs repair or service.

There was a bit of miscommunication with scheduling that cost the tech’s time and us to have to wait a few extra days for the repair, but in the end we got it worked out and we have a working refrigerator again! Dimitri was great and knew what he was doing. I was happy they had the part in stock and was able to get it back to “new” in just a few hours. He also got LG to authorize covering the expense of the part (technically our warranty just expired…go figure) so we just had to cover labor costs. They also beat everyone else’s quotes by $200+. I will definitely call them in the future if needed.

I called Fuse after I realized that my dryer wasn't heating up - naturally I had a dryer full of wet clothes and a washer as well. They were able to visit the same day and repair the dryer with parts on hand. It took about 2 hours. Eugene was polite and professional and gave me the price when he found the broken component. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again! Highly recommended.

The team from FUSE HVAC were incredibly professional and considerate. They were masked before ever reaching the door and put shoe covers on before taking a step inside. The diagnosed the problem the first trip and fixed it the second trip (they needed a part). It took less than an hour both times. They noticed there was a screw missing in the oven door cover and replaced it without being asked to do so. They even set the clock when the power was restored to the oven. Possibly most impressive, is how patient they were when I asked for additional tests to be performed on the oven before they left. I will definitely use this company again.

While all the other A/C repair places were scheduling out a month later, Conrad had availability with just a one week wait time. I can't speak to how reasonable the price was, but I can say the entire arrival, diagnosis and fix for my problem was under 45 minutes. Professional and quick.

Fuse HVAC & Appliance Repair Oregon were the only ones available to fix my fridge in a timely matter. Fridge went out on Saturday, made an appointment for that Monday and had it fixed by Thursday. Apparently compressors nowadays take 1-2 months to be delivered, so I was relieved to know they had the compressor I needed in stock, especially since I’m 7 months pregnant and don’t when baby will arrive.

Dmitri was professional, friendly, and efficient. I would highly recommend them!
