Conrad Heating and Cooling

On one of our 100 degree days our compressor went out on our air conditioning. Dimitry with Fuse was able to find time to come check it out and had it up and running again in about 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I was interested in setting up a go-to provider for HVAC services at my 90 unit property. I was not able to even begin the discussion with this company. When I called, someone picked up the phone, said absolutely nothing aside from an exasperated sigh, then typed for several seconds before hanging up on me. I then received a call back saying that they "missed my call", not at all true, and asked if I had just called. When I said that I had and began to speak about what I needed, the response I received was a condescending "And?". I completely regret calling at all. Won't make that mistake again.

Dmitry came out to diagnose why our freezer was not working. I had told him that we had done internet diagnostics on the freezer and had already replaced the evaporator fan, the evaporator fan blade, and the defrost timer switch. Given that he knew we could do some repairs our own, he checked the thermostat and sure enough that was the problem. He said it's an easy replace if you want to do it yourself, if you'd like us to do it we're more than happy. Dmitry was a pleasure to have in my home helping me to diagnose our problem freezer.
