Dmitry arrived as scheduled. The diagnostics were done professionally and the needed repairs explained to me. The repair work is scheduled for next week to get all the parts.

Great service. Eugene was great. The guy ripped apart our dryer and found the issue, took him a bunch of time, but he did it. Was super impressed.

Wonderful experience. The technician (I think his name was Eugene) was fantastic. He worked hard until the problem was solved and now we can finally do laundry again!!

They said on their site they'd give me a quote but they actually only gave me a quote for a quote. Not sure why they couldn't give me some actual estimate of costs. Due to their business practice, I decided to fix the issue was able to figure out the issue on my own

Diagnosed the issue with my gas fireplace, ordered replacement part, and repaired. Dmitry is professional, courteous, and punctual. Would recommend.

Our reservation was listed under my girlfriend, Shelby Kasal. Overall, we did appreciate Dmitry always being on time and our washing machine is now working again. However, the two stars comes from the carelessness for our home. We paid $150 for labor and were appalled to come out and find that there was old water ALL OVER our garage that had come out of the washing machine (we have videos of this). If you knew that this would happen, why would you not ask us for towels or use the bucket that you had brought with you? It destroyed our $200 rug that we have under our weight set and we had to throw it out because we could not get rid of the smell. We would appreciate some sort of follow up or at least reimbursement for some of the labor costs, given we spent an hour cleaning up after you left.

Dmitri arrived promptly, diagnosed the freezer problem and fixed it. I will not hesitate to contact Fuse in the future for any appliance repair. Cost of repair was fair and service was professional.

No Clear explanation on the charge. I don't see any part replacement too.

I got my freezer fixed/repaired. The original cost was $75 for diagnostic. The total charge for the diagnostic/repair itself was $135. They showed up right at the beginning of the time window given with a 30minute warning that they were on the way. It seemed like a general tune up and sealant repair was needed.

Great work! Took the time to find the issue on a pretty new Samsung dryer. Since the model version was new, not a lot of repair info was available and he took the time to find the issue, source the parts and have it fixed.
