I had several calls out for repair that I was waiting to hear back from. I received a call back from a company that offered a lower service charge and to waive the charge if I chose them for repair. I called William back as soon as I received this news. William's response "WOW" then proceeded to hang up on me. Guess I chose right to not have this service at almost $80 dollars over the other service.

Jack was great! When the cold hit our heater went out and I called to see how many days it would take to get someone out to fix it. He was here within a few hours. He provided great friendly service for a very fair price. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs their furnace fixed or repaired.

Our heat pump went out, tried other companies after hours, but HHC was the only one to respond. Glen right came out at a late hour and spent a good deal of time troubleshooting because the furnace wouldn't come on either. Even though we didn't end up selecting their bid there was no charge for their time and effort. Much appreciated!

Glen was amazing. We woke up to a house that was 59 degrees. We called after trying to fix it ourselves (with no luck). He was here in the early afternoon and fixed it (needed a new igniter) and did not even charge us. We insisted we pay for the $30 part. What a nice guy! Heat is back- we are grateful and staying warm inside while it is freezing outside.

These guys are at the top of their game. Anyone person who claims that they are unprofessional in any manner are obviously completely unreasonable and problematic. I have had the pleasure of receiving services on numerous occasions where I have been always overwhelmingly pleased with their curtious and efficient service. I can undoubtedly rely on Jack and Glen to communicate what my expectations should be and deliver precisely what they promised. Friendly, Efficient, Reliable, and Honest, these guys will take good care of you.
As someone who works in the public eye I can read some of these unsavory reviews and see thru the “customer is always right” myth that these people are just hard to deal with types and shouldn’t be taken to heart. Anyone who takes their time to take cheap shots are clearly going out of their way with no justification.

Interesting. I called about a rental that needed an ignitor and after he bad mouthed NWNG he went on to ask me if I lived there or was it a rental . He told me it was a $500 service charge for after hours and $300 for a day charge. I asked questions about what that included and he was very vague. So I decided to move on. He didn't hang up the phone properly and went on to bad mouth landlords that are looking for a deal and said he just up charges them to get them to go somewhere else. So it you are a home owner I guess he is your man If you are a landlord - Don't bother.

I would like to respond to any negative reviews for my company.
1. we do carry ignitors and most parts on our service trucks.
2. We are not scammers we provide top quality service and installs at market prices.
3.We don't just hang up on people if the phone disconnected we call people right back.

Dishonest and crooked. Get a 2nd opinion before spending thousnads! Told us we needed a new furnace and couldnt get the heat back on. For $7k+ he would replace it. He didnt even meter the unit.... pointed to some dark spots in the control board and said he furnace is shot.

We decided to go for a second opinion where another (honest) company (sky heating and cooling) simply replaced an igniter for 300$ and voila, the furnace is fixed.

Furnace stopped working overnight and the house was down to 62 degrees. Called early in the morning to make an appt. Glen came out that afternoon and in 5 minutes had the furnace fired up and the temperature on the rise inside the house. Thanks Glen!!

Called in the morning letting him know my AC was out and that I'd be getting ahold of my landlord to try and set something up. Called him back after he spoke to my landlord and he stated he didn't think he would get paid and offered zero explanation as to why that was. He had no previous interaction with myself the landlord or the property in question. Completely unprofessional and uncooperative. Avoid.
