Best Owner Direct HVAC

Reported my furnace not heating as it should and was prepared to bundle up for a day (Thanksgiving Day). They made a point to come out same day I reported and now my home is again warm and cozy, just in time for the Holiday. I've always had great service.

Quick to come out and diagnose the problem with our AC. Got us up and running quickly even without having the part we needed to replace. Helped out with another wiring question I had regarding our nest thermostat. Couldn't be happier with the service.

I contracted with BOD to replace our current gas furnace and air conditioner with a new RUUD heat pump. We have an older house where the furnace is in the middle of our basement. While it is a full basement, the ceiling is only 7 feet tall. The first oil furnace and duct work was retro-fitted into the house in the 1950's. So nothing is conventional! We have done a couple of remodels since the first furnace, so the duct work is somewhat of a kludge. This makes changing out the furnace a bigger challenge. While it did take all day to change out our old components to the new heat pump system, it works well! Kevin really understands air flow through the duct system and did a nice job of matching the new RUUD system to what our home needed and could handle. HIs technicians did a great job of getting the new air handler and outside unit installed. The installation was neat and tidy.

I would recommend having BOD access your HVAC needs!
