Best Owner Direct HVAC

Best Owner Direct has knowledgeable and friendly staff, responds quickly to inquiries, is on time, and are very professional. We had them replace our old, outdated furnace and install AC, and from the guy giving the estimate to the office staff to the crew installing the units we were confident the job would be done right. So far everything is running smoothly.

Kevin and company are the best of the best. I've used him several times from routine maintenance to adding additional ducts. I've referred him to friends and family to add ductless systems as well as fixing furnaces. We also contract their services through my work. I can tell you that its hard to find a tradesman that you trust emphatically, and Kevin continues to exceeded all expectations -not just my own, but everyone I've referred his way.

Kevin and Cody came and installed a tankless/on demand water heater in 1 day. They are very professional. They obviously know their stuff and delivered outstanding service at a great value, particularly compared to another quote I received which was more than 2x higher. Thank you, I’d definitely use them again!

Both technicians were professional, courteous and approachable. The only issues arose when the electricians from another company arrived. They were not announced, we’re not approachable and left our back door open. We’d asked to keep it shut so our cat would not get out.

Shandy was friendly, compassionate & professional. They were able to fit me in just hours after calling for help on the hottest day of the year. Kevin was prompt, professional & explained everything that was going on with our unit. Unfortunately the part was not common so he will be back tomorrow. Day 2: Cassandra was helpful in getting me a quote and explained Kevin was headed over with the part shortly. He worked outside in the 115° without complaint & got the job done quickly. I look forward to recommending this business to my friends & family.

Kevin was great. He came out as soon as he could, arrived on time, and was very quick and informative. Didn't try to sell us anything that wasn't necessary. Gave us additional information for some other future adjustments. Planning on contacting him in the spring to do some adjustments on our AC. So happy to have our furnace working again! Thank you!!!
