    Alexis came out to service my father in law's furnace today, which turns out to actually be a heat pump. He just moved into a condo that was full of deferred maintenence, and we are getting it up to snuff, step by step. Alexis went above and beyond in checking it all out, showing us and explaining how the unit is supposed to work, and how to maintain the air filter. We had no idea how dirty and strained the system was or how to take care of it, and Alexis took care of everything to make sure it was running the way it was designed to, so now it'll be nice and warm in this dreary January weather, without straining the system. Highly, highly recommend Alexis with BOD to service anyone's heat pump. Thank you Alexis! Give this man a bonus!

    Best owner direct HVAC came out to my house and gave me an estimate within 20 minutes. I received an eta text from the service agent every time they were about to visit my home. Plenty of professional communication. From the down payment to documents that needed to be signed everything was paperless and easily completed through email. My system was installed in one day and everything is working great.

    I wan't told the furnace would be exposed, no cover. It looked
    very bad. I wasn't told the truth,, I even asked if it would be and later called and asked to be sent a picture of the finished furnace and was sent a picture that wasn't the finished one, I feel I was lied to

    We went with Best Owner's Direct for a big project for our home. New AC unit installed, new ducting for crawlspace and a downdraft installation for a stove, exhausts/fans for bathrooms.

    Throughout the project, that has spanned a more than 6 months now, we would try to reach out to somebody that worked on the project only to be told they would call us back and then wouldn't.

    There was little communication while BOD was on site. Jobs were left incomplete and required multiple trips to be finished when that wasn't communicated. Trying to get a hold of anyone that worked on the site was near impossible for answers or information.

    Our thermostat wasn't programmed to recognize the AC was installed and ready for use. Which I had to have another HVAC company come out and tell my why it wasn't showing up on the thermostat. This was after multiple attempts to contact somebody from BOD with no call back or follow up at all.

    New whisper drive fans were installed in bathrooms, but did not have the modules or sensors put in for motion/condensation.

    A low voltage wire needs to be ran from our down draft to a system close to the furnace. Initially told they could do it. After being on site, the wire was not ran. When we finally heard back from them we were told that they can't do that. Which is fine, but when trying to contact them for information so that an electrician could run the wire, it took days to get someone on the phone.

    Normally, I would rather work this out with the company to resolve issues, but with the lack of communication and constant run around that doesn't look like it will happen.

    I do not plan on using BOD again.

    2017 It was a snowy day and our heater stopped working. He said he was super busy but would try to make it to our home. He came at 9 PM and fixed our heater ASAP. 2020 I emailed him on a Saturday. I assumed he wouldn’t get back to me until Monday but he came out that same day. It was during the COVID19 outbreak. He came fully protected and made me feel safe. Kevin is very friendly and knowledgeable. 2023 My uncle asked if I knew anybody that could help him with his furnace. I recommend BOD. I asked if they had someone that spoke Spanish and they said yes, which was perfect because my uncle only speaks Spanish.
