Best Owner Direct HVAC

Josue initially came out on Monday and diagnosed the issue quickly. Was scheduled for repair 3 days later. Josue came back out on Thursday and did the repair quickly. Was polite and professional. Best Owner Direct will be the company that we use for all future repairs!

Tech was on time. Super knowledgeable and got my unit working again fast! I run a garage door company so I undeterstand trusting someone in their field. Glad I called them and they will be my go to company for any heater or cooling needs!

The team was very professional and did a great job installing a new heat pump system. There was one small issue with a part that wasn't quite right. The owner of the company came out and looked at it and decided to replace the whole unit instead of doing a repair. It took an extra day but we appreciated his honesty in telling us what the issue was and that he did not want to give us a repaired product when we paid for a new system. I was having an AC unit replaced. They provided a competitive quote that included hauling the old unit away and replacing the old pad. They were able to provide the quote and schedule the work very quickly. The workers were professional, friendly and really went the extra mile when some complexities arose. The next day I had a surprise visit from an HOA member who had some questions and Chandrine was very helpful. She had both of the issues addressed immediately. Thanks guys!

Honest, polite and eventually informed me to my original installer as the cost for fixing would be high. More than willing to fix it, but said to try through installer and see if warranty would cover it. Did not try to fix it just to make the money, but looks out for customers first. Will use them in the future and will refer them to anyone... Thank you

Our service was provided by a technician who was both efficient and pleasant to work with. Very careful to cover everything needed, and explain what he was doing and why. He also carefully explained what we needed to do to keep the heat pump operating efficiently.
