Hybrid Heating & Air Conditioning

Needed service on a mini split, it was blowing chunky black stuff. Hybrid was close by so decided to try them. Office staff is friendly and helpful. My tech Will was knowledgeable and fast and efficient! I highly recommend, I feel lucky to have found Hybrid !

Every person I have dealt with at Hybrid has been professional, respectful, capable, and nice. We used them to install an air conditioning unit, and for maintenance. They would be my first choice for any future HVAC work.

Professionalism and caring at its best! Hybrid Heating doesn't even service my area, but when my furnace stopped working the Friday before Christmas and after a storm front brought ice and snow to Wilsonville, Megan called me back to try to troubleshoot my furnace issues over the phone. After checking off the first two items, the third turned out to be the issue and I was able to defrost our frozen condensate line and get our furnace running! Megan didn't have to call me back, they wouldn't service my house if they had someone available to help so they had no money on the line, but took the time to try to help anyway. I can't thank her enough for helping us get our furnace running on the last business day before Christmas! I recommend them to everyone who is in their service area because if this is the service they will provide to someone outside their area, I can only imagine the help they can provide to those who are!

After having reservations about how much another company was charging I contacted Hybrid to do some of the work. They charged me about $1500 less than the other company wanted to charge me. I canceled my recurring maintenance payments from the other company and will pay these guys to maintain my system from now on. Very professional and was impressed by their tech and general professionalism.
