Within the time he had specified. Solved the problem.
He is very professional, efficient. He explained and answered any questions I had.
We certainly recommend Hybrid Heating. And plan on calling on them again to replace our heating/ cooling system.

Worst experience ever. I paid in February. Product was on backorder for months. After complaining, I got an upgrade just to have it break down less than a month later. Owner keith never calls you back. The emergency line doesn't even work so you can't even call after hours. They are real quick to take your money, but act like a snail when it comes to installing and repairing. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I really wish I did. And when they miraculous do respond to you (3 months later) in a review posts, all you are going to get are excuses after excuses. The best one is : "oh this has never happened before". Give me a break. I try and do my best to try and support family owned businesses, but this definitely left a sour taste in a mouth when it comes to family owned businesses.

Eric did the inspection of the home we are purchasing and he far exceeded our expectation. Then you sent a team to service the furnace at the home we are selling and those two guys were great as well. We are also having Hybrid install a brand new high efficiency propane furnace at our new home and have the utmost confidence that the experience will be top notch!!

Our experience was wonderful from start to finish. When Chris came out for our estimate he gave us multiple options and explained each in a very easy to understand way. He was available for all our questions while we considered the quotes we received. Once we decided to go with Hybrid they scheduled us very quickly. Our installers were friendly and professional. Again everything was explained in an easy to understand way. They were done in a day and cleaned up so you wouldn't even know they were there

I discovered on the hottest day of the year that my AC wasn't working. Hybrid had such great reviews I called them, and was very pleased with their service. They came the same day and were able to fix the problem. I would definitely recommend them!

Rory was extremely knowledgeable about the particular issue I was having. In this case the fan on my furnace wasn’t turning off when it reached temperature. He diagnosed the issue no problem as a faulty control board and had me scheduled within the next couple days for the replacement once the part came in. Personable and responsive. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Chris was very nice and explained things very well. The installers were efficient and polite, and very considerate. Andrew explained what every was and what it did after everything was installed. This is the second time I have used Hybrid and I have been very happy both times with the results. If I needed anything to do with heat and air conditioning in the future, I would call them immediately!
