Best Owner Direct HVAC

My almost 20 year old furnace stopped working on Thanksgiving day. I got several estimates and BOD had by far the best offer. They were easy to deal with, answered all my questions, responded quickly and had my new furnace installed about a week later. It has been working great since. They get my recommendation.

In the middle of snowpacalypse 2022 are induction fan went out on our furnace. Kevin was able to make it out the same day. He figured out what it was and removed the broken fan in like 15 minutes. He made some calls to find a replacement and raced out to get the part so that I could warm my home. He was quick, knowledgeable, and friendly and walked me through steps to keep it running in the future. 10/10 would recommend! I’m extremely grateful and appreciative for his work and speediness!

My heat pump was not working so called them out. Technician came out and trouble shot the unit. Told me the unit had suffered a power surge and fan motor, board was destroyed. To fix would be $2600.00. I asked for a written diagnosis of finding, they did not provide. I decided to get second opinion another company came out fixed the problem and the charge was $30.00 less than Best Owner Direct charged me for the service call. I didn't have to spend $2600. And my heat pump works fine.

I was very happy with the visit. Alexis was very professional and had me up and running very quickly.

Friendly service, installed a Nest thermostat on top of full AC installation. Had to reschedule at one point and there was no problem arranging a different day.

The technician diagnosed the problem with our furnace quickly. We were able to schedule the repair for the following week and they did a great job getting the furnace working again.

Kevin was extremely helpful, knowledgable and very friendly. He came out same day during an ice storm to fix our heater. 10/10, will definitely call again!

Customer service was great but certain I was grossly overcharged!! The service fee AND labor on top for a 1.5 hr visit?? $441????

Very disappointed…
