    My AC quit during the heatwave and decided it didn't want to work. With nowhere else to turn, I arranged an appointment with BODHVAC and the technician showed up and laid the smackdown on my system. He was efficient, friendly, and got my system up and running in no time. Excellent value and service. Will most likely call on them again when it's time to upgrade and overhaul the entire thing.

    Great customer service! I had a new furnace and air conditioner installed last June and I recently started having problems with the thermostat. They came out within 2 days, replaced the part and all at no cost. Couldn’t be happier.

    Very easy to schedule and they send text alerts to confirm appointment, alert you when they are on their way, and to let you know the work is complete. The technician that helped us was very friendly. Would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

    Update- Kevin’s installed a scoop and attic fan to help with getting ac upstairs. As well as reme halo light. They clean and check ac unit better than I can. Our favorite hvac company.

    Last year, Kevin found out what was wrong with my AC (incorrect parts installed on new unit put in by sellers). I could not get any resolution from sellers, not even the name of the company that put in the wrong unit. He was able to fix problem and offered to write a letter so I could send it to the state for fraud/bbc or wherever I needed to send to fight it.

    He also fixed a number of things that were missed on home inspection and repair ductwork, including 5 joints in the dryer vent.

    Today he came to fix the heater with terrible noise. I got a great price, professional work and from the 3 projects/jobs I've had over past 1.5 years, he's my to go guy for all things hvac related. I've had 3 absolutely awful people/companies prior to this. Its a relief to find a person I can depend and trust for these issues.

    (Plus he taught me how to clean the ac so I don't have to pay $100/year to have someone spray the ac unit).

    Our (very old) HVAC system went out, and I know little to nothing about them so I wasn't even sure what to tell the tech. Kevin came out and found the problem immediately, swapped a part, then cleaned out our filter and condenser and it's blowing cold air better than before. The price was very reasonable and less than I expected. Tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely call them again when I need to.

After almost 10yrs of misinformation from multiple vendors regarding my hvac system it seized. A week before Christmas and a snow storm. Best Owners Direct replaced my entire system and we are so warm & happy!

    Technican came out to fix A/C which required replacing the capictor. Requested technican to check Refrigerant however I was told that he did not have the correct equipment. Scheduled a second callout 4 days out (to service the HVAC, replace thermostat and refill coolantand) however we got a follow up call as the technician was driving through that they did not have the tools. Was asked if we could reschedule 2 weeks out.

    Not the best experience from a service level standpoint.
