Chris was early to the scheduled appointment at our home! He was thorough, kind, and very helpful to refer me to a leak detection specialist when he had exhausted all of his options to locate our problem. We appreciate the prompt response and honesty!

Technician was polite and knowledgeable. Answered our questions and performed the maintenance required. The dirty filter warning light would not go off after a new filter was inserted so he requested a repair tech to fix it. I had asked the office personnel to be sure he had the correct filter on his truck - it is a unique one - but he arrived without it, His explanation was that the filters are pulled for them and loaded in bulk on the truck without letting them know when one is missing. This seems like a very inefficient way of doing this since it would require the Tech to make another trip out to bring the filter. Due to the delay in the Tech being available I had ordered my own filters from Carrier so we were able to put a new one in and note that the warning light was not working correctly. This should be investigated as it is an aggravating point for the customer. Thank you.

Tech was very polite, professional, experienced, patient & thorough. He explained everything in detail for our understanding. He didn't try to sell us unnecessary maintenance or parts & understood our financial situation, (retired on a fixed income) He displayed integrity pleasing to us~ I highly recommend this company for maintenance needs of your home. Mini split quit, called Air Solutions and they had a tech out in less than an hour. He diagnosed the issue quickly and gave me a quote for the repair. Labor quote seemed a bit high but with the quick service it’s hard to complain!

Edit: Have to change my initial review from five stars to one. Installed the replacement part (which was under warranty) that the Air Solutions tech told me had gone bad, and still had the same exact issue. Mind you, it took me less than an hour to remove and reinstall the supposedly defective component that they were going to charge me $300 to install. Anyway, after another 10 minutes of troubleshooting, I discovered the real problem (water had somehow gotten inside the wiring between the disconnect box and the outside unit, creating a short and tripping the breaker). I replaced that five feet of wiring and all works well. I’m glad I was able to do the work myself, because otherwise I might have ended up spending the $5K+ they quoted me for a whole new mini split system, which the tech suggested I replace since my existing unit (9 months old) was of inferior quality to the units they sell and prone to failure. Needless to say, I won’t be calling Air Solutions again.

This is the best company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have used many of their departments and every person who has come out have been so good, so nice, and so professional. I love that you have a team of people working for you. From the office staff onward. They send you a picture and the time of the person arriving, I love this feature, you know who to expect. I just cannot say enough good things about this company, they have certainly set the standard that all other companies should learn from. And then on top of it all, they do an excellent and caring job.

They came out same day. Our technician Keagan called a few minutes like we asked so we could put out animals up. He fixed the issue and cleaned up after himself. We are very appreciative of how fast he was able to fix the issue. Very polite and professional. We will definitely be using your services in the future. I wrote a bad review on this company yesterday. My mom is bedridden and on hospice and I needed my a/c fixed in a hurry. They dropped the ball. Today the owner called me and apologized and offered to refund my money. He couldn't fix what happen to me but as a company would work harder moving forward so this wouldn't happen to someone else. I was very moved by his apology it was very sincere.
