It was good and the man was very polite and informative the only problem was the price I know you have bills to but a senior is on a low fixed income it's very hard to spend 500.00 that takes my food for 2 mo. Think about it

Air solutions gave me a great price to repair my heat and ac units. They were able to get me a lot of rebates.
They service my units yearly and are always on time, respectful, thorough.

Technician was friendly and knowledgeable. Fixed the problem in minutes and saved me a lot of money by not just throwing new parts at it.

I paid $299 for 1 year membership. Because it includes my summer and winter maintenance of my HVAC system I thought it would include the filter replacement I have no recollection of ever being told that it did not include that, nor did I receive anything in the mail that explained my membership. That is why I am not going to renew this $300 membership. And I don't recommend it to anybody. How are you going to charge me $300 for the membership and then charge me for the filter that you put in when you're doing the maintenance. That is stupid. I bought the membership because I knew that the maintenance was included and it made it cheaper to do that. But if the filter changing is not included in the price don't b******* people and act like it's a better deal. Because when it's all said and done we end up paying the same price as we would have if we didn't have a membership.

Pipe came loose on HVAC which causes it to leak water on the bottom of HVAC onto the next level down. A support board will need to be installed under the HVAC Unit so it doesn't fall thru the wet board supporting it! I will have to find to install it! Currently, I have a box fan blowing into both levels of HVAC UINT Shelving! Technician was professional and friendly.

Darrell came out to inspect the heating and cooling system in my home. He was very professional, informative and thorough! We had two other companies come out and give us estimates. Darrell was the only one to actually look into our heating system and notice that when it was originally installed they did not run enough power to our heater.

Called this morning, technician was about to come out same day, 2 hours earlier then expected. Michael was very professional, and very thorough. Turns out not to be a serious problem. Which was good news. But he took his time, and did not rush the situation. Made sure everything was hooked up properly before he finished. Just paid for a service call. Definitely use Air Solutions again.

We LOVE Air Solutions! We have used them for our HVAC system for a while & when it needed replacing, they took care of that. We’ve just used them for plumbing & they found a major leak we had issues with & replaced the pipe. It was fair priced & the job was done super fast with minimal damage to our yard! 10/10 recommend! And if you get an HVAC system, sign up for their maintenance club! We pay a small monthly fee for them to come every 6 months to service the unit & make sure everything is working. It comes with a free 1” filter replacement every visit too! AND this gives us discounts on other services! We’ve been extremely happy with them & recommend them to others!

The man who showed up was very polite and friendly. I have never had an unpleasent person come from this store. They also never try and push stuff on you. Thanks Air Solutions!
