The salesman was great. He was a nice guy and was very informative. However, out of the numerous quotes I have gotten, Air Solutions was one of the highest, if not the highest when comparing seer ratings, etc. I was shocked because that was after a $1400 rebate and it was a Daikin brand which I have never heard of.

Wanted a quote to disconnect services on my manufactured home so I could move it. Wanted to charge $78 per technician just to quote me, 3 are needed for a total of $234. Riduculous.

Our heating unit stopped working on the coldest day of the year. Service technician came and figured out the problem. Had to order parts. They never have parts. We didn’t have heat from Monday until Wednesday the following week. Very unhappy with service. The technician was very good and reliable, Michael Morgan was the technician

TL;DR: Air Solutions is great. Fast, friendly, reliable. 5/5 will use again for any service they offer.

June 2023: Called for an estimate on repiping the house. Keegan was punctual, actually called to see if he could come early but I wasn’t home at the time. He answered my questions and Air Solutions’ price came in under the competition. Fast, Fair, and Friendly! I will update after the repiping is complete. 5/5 definitely recommend.

December 2022: I had another water line burst the day before Christmas Eve. Air Solutions was there Christmas Eve to repair the line. As Chris was climbing out of the attic ANOTHER line burst! They were quick to have that repaired as well. Fast, Fair, and Friendly as always. 5/5 Will call again.

February 2021 had Oklahoma in some record breaking cold weather and lots of busted water lines. I called Air Solutions after my line blew in the attic. Everyone I spoke with was courteous, professional, and helpful. Even though they were swamped with emergency calls they made me feel important.

Chris arrived on time, was very friendly, identified the issue, and had it fixed fast. He was informative and patient in answering all of my questions. The price was more than fair and to top it all off, they came on a Sunday.
