Great service, Keith was awesome to work with, he did an amazing job in troubleshooting the problem and repairing it in a timely manner. Also it was nice to get to talk about all of his family while he was working. You guys are the best.

I’ve relied on these guys for years. I think I’ve even written positive reviews in the past. But their last service was unsatisfactory. I needed a stripped spigot replaced. The first time they came out, they didn’t have the spigot parts. The second time, they didn’t have the access panel to cover the drywall hole. Finally, the third time worked. But the plumber left the spigot unanchored, wobbling and far enough from the wall, the hole was large enough to let in all sorts of small creatures. And the drywall was “fixed” with duct tape. I paid $300+ for it and was disappointed. I could fix both with a little extra money and time, but I paid to have it completely done, not partially. When I spoke with the manager, he said “we don’t do the drywall stuff”. This is the reason for the low rating and likely why I won’t call on them again. I can handle the repeated calls and the data-based pricing (no more service call + hourly rate?). What I can’t abide is being lied to. Why did the first plumber say he couldn’t work on it because he didn’t have the access panel if they don’t do access panels for drywall?

What a blessing Cody from Air Solutions was. Took care of my air conditioning needs at a GREAT price!

Cody Steven's always does a very good job on our AC maintenance. Very polite, & excellent technician.

We scheduled our furnace tune-up and got a call from their office saying our tech was finished with the call before us early. They wanted to know if he could move up our appointment to get it done early. We said yes and he was at our house in about 30 minutes.

He did our furnace tune-up and was done in less than 45 minutes. He was friendly and professional. Job well done!
