Michael showed on time assured me that the piece that was found would take a lot to come loose from the air condition unit. He opened it up just to be sure and sure enough it didn’t fall from the unit. He was nice to eye contact he is a great guy.

Eric was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very attentive to what we needed and fixed our issue. Very good plumber. We will be using them again if needed.

I called to have them come out and see why my unit wasn't cooling, We with their help have limped the old out of date airconditioner the last 4 out of 5 years. They were super quick to respond . I called them on Tues the 6th of June they came out Thursday the 8th of June., Sadly the old girl had just had it. They had a gentleman come out right then and give us an estimate on a new unit. They even helped us secure financing. They came out on Saturday and installed it Johnathan Greelee was professional and answered all our questions, it had rained out so he put down runners on our floor as to not track mud all over. Great company and great people working for them. Don't hesitate to call them.

Michael Morgan was the man! Everything he inspected and theorized, ended up being correct. He was kind, and took care of the issues we were having. Thank you, Michael. We look forward to working with Michael Morgan again in the future. He earned a raise, just working with us.

I did a fantastic job and james was wonderful when he came out very personal very professional didn't take long at all make sure everything was safe and secure. I signed up for the preventative maintenance for the year if I have any problems in the future thanks again

Ruth did a very thorough tune up inspection on our heat pump system on her first solo service call. She was very neat about her work and very professional and courteous.

Jase Purcell was our technician and he was on time, courteous and very professional. Leah (in the office) is always very easy to deal when it comes to scheduling etc. We will be continued customers moving forward.

Had to replace new package unit in my house I bought four years and yes had some health issues within last year had issue with new unit and only being 3 years old and told me it would be costly to find issue and be better to replace whole unit again by the 2nd tech then my gut told me to ask for 2nd opinion from another company and within few minutes found the issue and they are in process of fixing. Honestly there’s better companies than air solutions!!
