Editing again, they are sending me a quote and so far the appointment setting and sending out a tech process went well. Will keep you posted on if I choose to use them for multiple projects I need worked on.

I'm editing this review. They would have had our business, for a month they were prompt with our questions. We decided to go with them then the company had issues. 2 key people in our project left the company and 1 injured. Then there's no communication and they didn't listen to what we needed. Hopefully they get it all worked out but they lost our business.

Quickly booked an appointment and they were super friendly.

Wmase a call and were out in the schedule. Our A/C was out, and we had it back up an running the same day. Cost was higher than I anticipated for labor and part.

The service person was professional, friendly, and shared some great ideas for making our HVAC system more efficient. He was super kind with my 17 month old grandson and showed him some of the things he was doing.

Sky Lee is a gentleman. He wore his foot covers and explained everything. Gave me some good options and made some very helpful suggestions.

When they finished I did not check their work and they had left one thermostat at 84 and the other one at 82 I had the house about 3. Or 4 minutes after they did this house we use as an office and no one Elsa came to the house till Monday morning which meant it was extremely hot in the house those two guys need to double check there check list before leaving the house again

They were very helpful in getting my heater checked out, turns out the inspector when we bought the house was wrong, it was not a strictly electric heater! LOL. They helped me change out my filters too even though that wasn't the reason they came out (it was a last minute thing).

We have used Air Solutions for probably 25+ years and have always found them to be honest and professional. I highly recommend them

We have had great service. We had our new heat and air unit put in and serviced twice a year. Great company. Sky was a great tech ask for him by name.

I’ve had Air Solutions out to my home twice. One time in May 2022 and August 2 2022. One a plumbing issue and one air conditioning. I love that they text you a picture of the tech before they arrive. It helps puts me to ease about having them in my home. Both times they were very professional. I have their maintenance program where they come out 2-3 times a year. It’s a great value to have. Not only do you get quick priority service appointments you get discounts on parts & service calls. John Kresti and Cody Stephens have been my technicians. They both did a great job, were polite and represented the company well!

They did great work but charged way to much.
