I now use Air Solutions for all electric, plumbing and HVAC maintenance and repairs. I’ve never been disappointed.

Furnace and heating system maintenance call today. Tech Paul and partner were on time at appointed hour. Checked system functions, went over benefits of surge protection, etc. Very thorough and professional. Explained the work and got it done. Really appreciate the promptness and professionalism. Will recommend and use again. Thank you!!

Called for service on system they installed made appointment for Friday, technician arrived at 11:30 and started trouble shooting for communication issue. Found broken wire in low voltage wiring. Technician was joined by a 2nd technician and was able to use two different wires in the wiring system. I was charged $78 for repair on a three month old system

A serviceman came out and gave us a verbal estimate per phone call he made to find and fix our leak. We never received a written estimate. He told us the estimate included bringing out digging equipment, breaking through and going under our sidewalk, finding and repairing the leak.

The leak was found and repaired. It was in the flower bed so no concrete had to be broken through, and the job was finished in minimal amount of time. We received a bill that was for the full estimated amount and had no breakdown of labor, parts, etc. My husband paid it and then started questioning things.

He called and it took some effort on his part and we were still fully not happy with the answer. We were told that one we should have received a written estimate. He never got an answer on why we didn’t get a breakdown of the bill including parts, labor, etc. They apologized for not giving us our discount for our membership, which we had just renewed and the service man had done the renewal. They gave us a couple of fifty dollar certificates for future use.

We are not clear why the original verbal quote - including major work - ended up being what we owed for a much smaller job.

I have always been very happy with Air Solutions and have recommended you to many. I can honestly say this left a bad taste in our mouths.

We had a pretty bad issue with our pipes. They were ancient! I won't go into detail but it was a real mess! John is great! He's fixed another issue we had with a different bathroom. He really cares about his clients and puts in a lot of hard work! Also Jorge and Keegan are great! I like that this service takes pictures of the work they do. They took the time to really diagnose the situation and really came through for us.

Keagen Brady did awesome work, He worked hard all day to fix my mom’s Natural Gas issues with the feeder line that goes her house. And He also followed up on 2 diff days to ensure his repair was holding. He went above the need for the job, He is a special kinda person!! much appreciated

From the time I made the initial call for information until the time the technician left, all our questions were answered. We were given several options to suit our needs, plus ideas to make our system more efficient. The technician, Cody, was professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We signed up for the maintenance plan and look forward to doing business again with Air Solutions.

Paul Downey is a very good guy. He was very polite and friendly, he has to my house a few times, it's nice to have a company that you can trust and the people they send to your home.
