We had the best experience with Air Solutions. We contacted Josh Copeland and he came out and gave us an estimate on replacing our heating and air conditioner unit. He was polite,on time, informative, and professional. He got us set up to install quickly. He's team on the day of install was quick,efficient, and did and amazing job getting our unit in. Thank you Air Solutions for being a great company and having great employees and more importantly give us our cool air back.

The bad experience from the start. The girl on the first phone call was absolutely not listening to me. I told her literally 6 times what I wanted and she acted so spacey like she did not know what she was doing. I got a call back from someone, and had to go through the whole story again with another lady. Finally got someone to tell me that they had a technician on the way and they never showed up. I waited over an hour from the time they said he was on his way. Pretty poor business practices if you ask me. I will not use them or recommend them to anyone. I will have to call another service company and wait again for someone to come out.

Kevin came to discuss the possibility of installing a new air-to-air heat pump system for HVAC and hot water. He was very thorough and understandable.

Had a heating issue with the holiday right around the corner. I made an after hours call and since I was safe for the night asked for an appointment for the next morning. The office called as I was told they would and the within the next 30 minutes I had a technician on site. Keith was very knowledgeable and very respectful of my time and property. He diagnosed the problem and was able to repair the issue by getting parts the same day. I enjoyed my experience with Keith and Air Solutions enough that I signed up for the service plan. Great job all around!!!!

Great interaction with staff and reliable service. They have fantastic customer care and communication. The AC technician was well trained and very responsive. I would recommend this service.

Last year I hired Air Solutions to come unclog a bathroom sink and was given an appointment time. They were over two hours late- with no notice. I had to call and ask where they were.

I signed up for their annual service to perform maintenance on my air conditioner and heater. When they came to maintain my air conditioner they did not bring any filters to change out so I had to replace them.

Today they were scheduled to perform my yearly furnace maintenance. I was given an appt time of 8:00 am-8:30 am. At 8:45 I called to ask where they were. I was told the service person coming today was a manager and was in a managers meeting so they would be late. When I asked how late I was told they couldn’t tell me.

This is the second time they were late and I was not notified. I cancelled my monthly contract with them and can’t recommend them. I will be using a different company.

Paul was friendly and informative about the steps that he would take to insure my system was working correctly.

High balled me. Then low balled me and acted like the work was too hard to complete. Wanted to charge me for an incomplete job. Left with a leaky pipe.
