Airco Service

Arrived early, both technicians were good listeners and were aware of the problem and concerned about my situation. They were able to make the agreed upon repairs related to my electrical system. They make the minor repairs and informed me of what would be needed to fix the other major repairs. Appreciate their being upfront and not trying to cut any corners. I've received enough information from AirCo Services to weigh my options which will help me make the decision that fits my situation. Impressed with the team work of the two working in tandem on my electrical situation. It was a good experience to feel the knowledge of the two and the way they were able to break it down in terms I could understand. This has never happened with the previous contractors I've worked with before. I'm sold on AirCo Services.

My hot water tank started leaking and the valve to shut off the inlet was stuck. I went to Lowe’s and bought/picked up a new tank. I asked them to get someone to install it. The plumber who came out was courteous, diligent, and professional. A credit to the company. However I think the cost was excessive. I was desperate as water was running into my house for nearly the entire 24 hours from signing the contract to when the plumber arrived basically costing me over $600 an hour for parts and labor on top of the tank I already purchased. When I stated I couldn’t shut off the water to the tank, no help was provided in the interim. I was left to deal with the issue on my own. I had collected about 15 gallons of water on my carpets waiting for my appointment. The carpet of course is ruined. Next time instead of having Lowe’s get a contractor, I will just call someone myself.

They came when they said they would, did a professional job at a fair price. Airco informed by text with a photo of the employee before he arrived.

I have used this company for 10 years. I have always received excellent service from them. I would highly recommend them.

Completely unprofessional.
Got ripped off for $300. They didn't fix anything! They said it must be something else that cost another $400 and won't be here for a week. They won't explain what part is needed. No direct answers. Crooks!!!! Beware!

Yearly maintenance performed on generator by Duane. He explained what he did and answered our questions. Duane has done service on our generator in the past year and have been very pleased with his professional expertise. Happy with service

Darryl Cameron was the bomb dot com. Very thorough, patient, and explanatory throughout our process. I’d have him back in a heartbeat to represent AirCo for service repair on our A/C unit.

The folks at Airco did a phenomenal job from start to finish on the work i had done. I needed the HVAC entirely gutted and replaced in my house so it was a massive 3 day project (it was very much needed, the attic was a mess). JR was very up front and communicative with all of the costs and scheduling broken down at the beginning showing me all equipment options and labor charges on a spreadsheet. I had to cancel a few days in due to some structural concerns in the attic but I was able to get back on the schedule once those were addressed with no issues at all. Shawn and Dylan were AMAZING technicians who saw the entire project through and installed the equipment very cleanly and took the utmost care in all of the details. They both cleaned up every day when finished and were always right on schedule. Shawn, Dylan and Jason stayed late on the second day to get the AC running early which I was extremely thankful for. Thanks to all of their hard work my attic is so much easier to access and my house is so much more comfortable. Thanks so much!!!
